Back in 2010, I went to the oral surgeon for an abscessed tooth. He gave me 2 different types of antibiotics. One was Clindamycin. It wiped out all the bacteria in the gut, and I got C Diff. I had diarrhea so bad that I had absolutely no bowel control. Ended up in the hospital for a week, lost 16 pounds. Needless to say, I now have lost all trust in the medical establishment, and do not go to regular medical doctors unless I have a real emergency. Great vid, Dr. Berg. Ingredients: 3 cloves of garlic 90 drops of Echinacea 1 whole organic lemon 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (preferably Fairchild's) 1 tablespoon of raw honey (or Manuka honey) 16 ounces of water Steps: Put the 3 cloves of garlic and 90 drops of Echinacea in a blender. Add the whole organic lemon to the blender (including the peel and seeds). Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the blender. Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey to the blender. Pour 16 ounces of water into the blender. Blend the mixture for about 45 seconds. Drink one-third of the mixture immediately and refrigerate the rest. Wait several hours before taking the second dosage. Take one-third of the mixture again. Repeat step 8 later in the evening for the third dosage. If necessary, continue taking the mixture throughout the entire infection. It is also recommended to take 50,000 IU of vitamin D3 and zinc (100-150 milligrams) to support your immune system during the infection.

I wrecked my car on ice last week and have not worked since. Guess what? After two days of not all that stressful driving, my bladder infection and incontinence have disappeared. When I return to work, I’m going to try 30 hours per week instead of 60. Thanks for the drink recipe.

Please note that colds and flus are our bodies detoxing from all the baddies in our foods, products and environments and why households most often get sick at the same time and we are NOT contagious to each other as so many believe. Change of seasons is a big time our bodies do this and also why it’s so important to BAN Daylight Savings. @J2theK10 ай бұрын
@k8lynmae this is ridiculous. People all over the world have witnessed the phenomenon of contagion first-hand. Example: in high school, I was sick and a girl still kissed me despite me warning her that I was sick. She ended up sick with the same symptoms shortly after. We didn't live in the same household. Or fast forward to my kids going to school and getting sick more often than they had ever been prior to starting school and then bringing it home and getting everyone else sick more often than we had ever been. All while eating a healthy diet. That's not the body detoxing. Stop spreading BS. The mainstream media isn't the only place lies are being spread. The internet is full of it and it's being spread by people like you who just believe anything that is in opposition to mainstream media lies.

@@jonathanheywood5482 Have you considered that maybe our bodies communicate with each other without our awareness to it? The theory of viruses is just a theory. And if you actually read studies they've done and the "methods" they've used, you'd understand why a detox makes more sense. In order for sonething to be pathogenic, they have to prove it is by setting up controlled experiments showing how healthy cells were taken over by the pathogen, which they haven't. When you look at "viruses" through an electron microscope, they've starved the cell of nutrients, added chemicals to kill it, dyed them for color, encased them in resin, then splice the resin so they can see it under the microscope. "Viral" material has never been found in a living blood sample.

@@k8lynmae Isn't it interesting how many people are so deep in the conditioning of thinking Nature is trying to kill us and it couldn't possibly be the poisoned water we drink, polluted air we breathe, toxic food we're being given, stressful living situations...? Awesome as always, My wife and I both got very serious condition of flu, My wife consulted her doctor since she have asthma and described her a very powerful antibiotic, And when she started taking it it only got worse beside the painful side effects of that antibiotic, After few day's she went to the emergency because she wasn't able to breath and i got really furious because that antibiotic caused all that, Not only this, she went to the emergency room a second time later after just few days,This time she had a serious pain on her stomach plus the diarrhea, The doctor told us that the combination of the antibiotic plus the medicine's she took to treat the flu caused a serious issue on the stomach and she killed all the good bacteria on her stomach, And since I'm no medicine person and I don't take any medication at all no matter what i stopped her from taking any medicine from that moment except the ones described to heal her stomach, Then i made a remedy of garlic,Figues,Olive oil,Honey all blended together and i force her to take one table spoon before bad every night since she doesn't like the taste of it, Couple days later she got better and better until completely healed Then she swears to not take any antibiotics from now on.

@@RainaSaxxon thank you and yes what i meant is figes,In Morocco we have dried figes,If you are not able to get them in your country just use fresh figs and let them dry under the sun for couple of days and add thyme to them,Then take the dried figes and a gooood amount of garlic and steam them both untill they get soft, After that blend them together and add olive oil to them until you get a paste consistency, take the paste and add it into jars and add good amount of olive oil untill you fill the jar and cover the paste,And there you go,You will come to the perfect remedy for almost anything especially infections and inflammation,A remedy that get concentrated day by day and the longer you conserve it in a dark place the more potent it gets,And it last long,If you want to up things you can add honey to the mixture and black seed oil, Believe me you won't regret it, And take a table spoon every day before bed or you can take two to three table spoon per day,You will notice the difference after a while 👍.

@RainaSaxxon10 ай бұрын
Rubbing on your feet is a great idea. Never thought of that. It sounds like there’s some root issue that is causing this effect. Something like an autoimmune disorder that makes your body sensitive to certain things. If it is autoimmune it’s important to calm the body down with anti inflammatory foods and herbs like turmeric which is rich in curcumin. Don’t take things that accelerate immune boosting since your body is already in overdrive. That’s what autoimmune does, it’s in overdrive. So, reduce stress as well. Things that calm your emotions and regulatory system. Take walks, baths, read a book, yoga or whatever distresses you. Now I’m certainly no Dr. Berg but I suffer from autoimmune and these things helped. Just look into it. Every person is different and see what works for you. Love and healing. ❤️🩹

Dr. Berg, I'm just now 60. Good health. However. Id like to increase my health and longevity. What steps or advice do you have? If it is a 30 day plan or a life plan, I would follow it and post results you can use to further educate people.
