I have tried this recipe, and it has become a staple in my breakfast routine. The overnight oats are not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying. The absence of dairy milk and sugar makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking to lose weight without compromising on taste. I love how versatile this recipe is; I can easily customize it with different toppings like fruits, nuts, or seeds to suit my preferences. The unique cooking method showcased in the video has made preparing breakfast a breeze for me. It's quick, convenient, and packs a nutritional punch. Since incorporating these overnight oats into my diet, I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels throughout the day. Using True Elements Rolled oats has been a game-changer. Their high-quality oats add a rich, creamy texture to the dish, elevating the overall experience. I highly recommend trying this recipe with True Elements Rolled oats for a truly amazing breakfast treat. Thank you for sharing such an inspiring and healthy recipe!

Everyone obsessing about how this recipe is too high-calorie or too high-carb need to calm down... You need a decent amount of calories and carbs for your body and brain to even function, Oats are really filling so you only need a small amount! Most importantly not a single ingredient used in this recipe is unhealthy.

For those who are concerned about the calorie count, Remember portion size is extremely important when you are on any diet. Also as mentioned in description honey is optional and you may also choose almond or soya milk.

Hey! Thanks to the keto diet, I found that putting less oats and adding instead chia seeds, hemp hearts and/or flax seeds is way better for weight loss cause it will spike your insulin less. Also, adding water instead of milk and then some Greek (natural) yogurt instead of milk has always been my go to when making porridge :) I recommend trying this out, cause oats are not as good as you might think since it’s very high in sugar and low in fiber, compared to the ingredients that I mentioned ! I eat everyday oatmeal, but boiled with water and when it's done i add dry plums, nuts, flaxseeds and a teaspoon of honey. Healthy and tasty.
