Parsley grows like weeds in my backyard. Never thought of curry apart from salads. Most of the time, I feed them to the chicken. I'll try the recipe.

I made this but changes are 1) fried potatoes in Tallow to 99% then did all butter, onion and garlic at the very end as not to overcook the garlic and parsley -parsley loses color if cook too long and garlic will become bitter

Thank you for the recipe. Gonna try this. The video is very genuine. It looks like a traditional kitchen where you often cook. Cheers from Sri Lanka. 🇱🇰

Very good lighting, resolution, etc... But the instructions lack clarity. What is a "60% done potato"? Why not 40% or 90%?
@thesubinshow4615 Жыл бұрын
Thank You for your valuable observation and suggestion. I would like to address your specific observation regarding the done ness of the potato though doneness sounds more appropriate for meats. There are 3 cooking techniques used for cooking in this video which are blanching, grilling and braising. Blanching is the first process where I mentioned 60% cooked. It could be less or 10% more, but if it’s more than that then the potato since being starchy can loose its structure and break. Also the reason for me to use a less technical and easy language is because I am sure this recipe will be tried by a lot of people who don’t technically need to understand the process in detail. I wanted to make things easy since I believe in the philosophy of using simple ingredients and techniques to get the best output. Ny ways I hope I was able to answer you clearly this time and if you still think it lacks clarity then I would really want to apologise for the same and would want to assure you that I would ensure that there will be more clarity in my future videos. Also would like to thank you for taking some time from your day to analyse and reply to my videos. It means a lot. Thank you.

thats 50% oils in there. probably make me sleepy after eating the thing. imagine what happens to water when oil gets emulsified in it. that's what happens to your blood after eating to much oils. totally negated the good potato and parsley properties...
