The best possible heavy bag, gloves and stand for the money?!?

Hi, I wanted to buy the same Titan stand and put it outside just like you did. Two questions. 1) Any issues with the stand rusting due to rain/elements? 2) How stable is it if I screw it to a concert backyard? I want to toss a 190 pound aqua bag on it? Thanks so much!

How do you strengthen your hands if you’re always wearing gloves though……..

You do that on a hard surface, not on the bag. You don’t condition your fists on a punching bag, you’ll just end up messing up your wrist.

To Strengthen/condition your hands: I recommend when hitting the bag use old school classic style bag mitts, not gloves; I recommend to not use hand wraps, but instead focus your hand placement when throwing punches. Also, work on hand exercises, like finger and grip strength; another old school method is to fill a bucket with rice, dig your hand into the bucket, grab a handful of rice and rotate your hand back and forth. Lots of methods out there, but the hands are important. If you damage the hand’s nerves or bones, it can take weeks or months to recover. Train hard, but train smart
