That argument is irrelevant for fundamentalist christians. In the meantime I have the opinion that the relation of christians to God is that of a slave to his Master, but to and beyond the extreme. They, the slaves, would be unable to survive all on their own. They do not know anything, they are hopeless, cannot do good, only bad, their life has no meaning. They are totally dependent on their Master, EVERYthing comes from him. He gives life, the enviroment (plantation or earth, who cares), everything you have is granted to you by the Master, all knowledge comes only from the Master, there is no other source, especially not humans, you can only survive because the Master dictates all the rules you have to follow, only through the Master your life can attain some kind of meaning. All the rules the Master dictates are only required for the critters that he created in his image, us horribly flawed humans. The Master is good and perfect, he does not need these rules to live. . Logical consequence: When the Master created you, when you cannot live without him, it is totally OK that the Master who creates life can take the life he created that is anyhow unsustainable without him.

They don’t need to use filter language to repeat the instructions they were just given or to audibly acknowledge what the hosts are saying. That stuff works in a conversation, but this isn’t a conversation. Then they feel the hosts are being rude when they try to hustle the caller along to get to the point. They’re not being rude: they’re trying to keep the exchange interesting for the listeners. Most of the unsuccessful callers don’t have a gift for _précis._

Does the english word "perfect" mean exactly the same thing as the spanish word "perfecto"?
