I am European so I use metric but if I want to make any recipe I visit ur website for written version of the recipe so for me it doesnt matter which one (US or metric) you use in the video as long as there is calculator on the site.

Even though I too am a US citizen and was raised with "cups and ounces", if I don't know a metric measurment I google 'what is 50 grams into ounces/cups, whatever. There are sites that you can input that information and it will tell you what that measuremtent is from grams to whatever. Same with inches into centimeters, millimeters, ect...

I had googled “protein bread machine recipes” wondering if there was any. Google set me to your banana bread recipe video that looks like it was posted 10 years ago. I then came to this video. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻You have improved so much. Congratulations! I am currently in a Think Media KZbin challenge class and stumbling upon these 2 videos was an inspiration for me to keep going. I am only about 6 weeks in and the difference in your videos makes me want to keep going instead of throwing in the towel. And I'm seeing some great protein recipes to try! I am US and never have not used metric for cooking. It's so much more simple. But I wouldn't change it. It makes people go to your website and that's probably the reason you have it on there haha. I would of never went probably without it

Definitely metric for cooking; also weight is more accurate than volume when baking/cooking so grams are way better than teaspoons or cups for consistency. 👍

While I'm "bilingual", I prefer metric for baking. Baking is precise, and grams are more precise. If it's not a baking recipe I think I would default to imperial.

US measurements I think. You (and likely the majority of your audience) are in the USA. Having the metric measurements would cause everyone to have to do their own conversions which is likely going to hurt your channel if people stop watching due to the hassle of the measurements. While I’m fine with either one (I work in healthcare and use metric all the time) you’d be assuming all your US audience has a scale that also does grams, kilograms, etc. my guess is 978
