Không phải thứ nào cũng ăn sống được đâu... Người nhật họ làm món sống thì họ tuân thủ vô cùng nghiêm ngặt về :chủng loài có thể ăn sống (không tuỳ tiện thấy ngon miệng là ăn rồi....). Yếu tổ tuoi sống, thời gian, nhiệt độ bảo quản, giới hạn thời gian ăn sau chế biến.... Người vn mình hãy cẩn thận khi có ý định chế biến hay dùng món sống nhé!
