10.5oz Can Cream of Cream of Chicken (You can use up to two cans if you prefer.
Zatarain's Creole Garlic Injector Butter
1 Small Onion, Sliced
1 Small Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Small Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 to 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 to 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to Taste

The key is low and slow but to NOT overcook! They must also be submerged in liquid once it is produced. No liquid will make them dry and tough! I'm from Alabama nxt door lol
