your family inspires me to have one of my own if that makes sense. i want to have children and be as supportive and lovely as your mum is and surround it all with love, i often find myself feeling a bit jealous of your family compared to mine since i have found myself feeling unloved by them but it also inspires me to provide something better for my own family in the future, i can't wait lol. much love

Sorry to be so negative..I love watching you and your lovely family but it so hard for me especially when everyone in my family hate me..I’ve never had your level of love and find it so hard to understand why I have no one because of my illness..I’ve even lost my 8 year old son who is now in care because of my borderline personality disorder/anorexia..I feel so bitter and angry..I’ve had my illness since I was 12 and now I’m nearly 34..i wish i could feel as happy and positive as you Elzani..and absolute inspiration to me..I feel I can never be at your level though..life feels so impossible..X

Keep your head up! There is only one person responsible for your happiness: yourself! Try to get yourself as a best friend, lover, mentor, inspiration and everything in the world. Love yourself and all other will love you too. A person doesn't need somebody if you are close to yourself. Everybody around you are more or less companions on your own path of life. Some stay by your side for a long distance. Some will leave pretty soon and some will lead you to rough paths. But you have to believe in yourself and your own power. At the end of the day it is YOUR way you have to walk and no one elses way. Keep on fighting Sophie! You deserve it! Here is a little quote for you: Don't walk in front of me. I may not follow. Don't walk behind me. I may not lead. Just walk beside me and be my friend.

Take something kind of plain like Bran Flakes and melt some biscoff to drizzle on top! It’s soooo good. I put a dollop or two in the microwave for like 30 seconds. Don’t get me wrong, I like a plain bowl of flakes when I’m in the mood for it. But when I have a sweet tooth it’s soooo good with drizzled melty biscoff or peanut butter 🤗
