I've been mesmerized at all your baking Tatyana! This cake looks so divine. I love both marshmallows and strawberries. It looks a bit intimidating though for me, a novice baker. May I ask you to do a cookbook with all these wonderful confections you make available for us? You're a dear.

You can definitely make this with blueberry or peaches. Just replace the strawberry jello in the zefir with peach jello :)

Танечка ты умничка. I had a question about your buttercream. When I beat the room temperature butter with sugar it never gets fluffy. What can I b doing wrong. I tried with sugar with out it’s never light and fluffy.

I'm so sorry that your buttercream is not turning out well. Try whisking the butter first without the sugar or any other ingredients for a bit until the butter is light in color. Then add the sugar. You can also try adding a few tablespoons of cream :)

As usual your cakes are delicious and beautiful. I had a little funny thing happen today as my children were drooling over this cake. Logic of a 7 year old. He asked me why I can't make this. #1 no time , patience or talent. My son said well why don't you call Tatyana and ask her to make us a cake. My four year old hands me my cell phone. 😂😂🤗of course I had to explain how I can't do that, but just thought it was funny how children think.

Hi! I recommend keeping the sugar amount the same. The sugar is important to create the syrup and help set the meringue. You can try using less sugar in the buttercream :)

Unfortunately, these just don't set the same with regular gelatin. The agar gelatin sets much firmer and at room temperature, it needs to be setting as you pipe the marshmallow to get the beautiful shape.

The zefir will set at room temperature. If you want to place it into the freezer for keeping, then yes, it should defrost...

Hi! This will be perfect for Mother's Day! :) I wouldn't add the strawberries directly into the zefir but you can definitely add additional strawberries between the zefir layers :)

Yes, the jello does have gelatin. If you would like to omit it, use an additional teaspoon of agar gelatin and add 2 to 3 teaspoons strawberry extract, plus food coloring.
