Interesting. I do dry brushing in the shower in the morning and it has changed my skin so much. Thank you for the info! 😊

@amsluv352, I do the same and find dry brushing very helpful for my skin too!

I have been doing your twenty minute sitting video routine twice a day, consistently, for a few weeks now: once around 2:00 in the afternoon, and again before bed, quite late (around 11:00 PM). There has been noticeable improvement, and better with both routines than just one time, no matter which time. The late night time seems to improve quality of sleep, and ease of moving in bed to turn and find a good position, and there is much smaller amount of fluid in lower legs to start the day. It seems obvious the body is using horizontal body time to do the work. I think you're absolutely right: the time you can give it is the right time and will always make things better; and consistency is definitely your best friend. Thanks!

Thank you so much for all your videos on lymphatic drainage 💗 I have been diagnosed with duodenal lymphangiectasia recently. Could you please make a video(s) on how to manage/treat this condition? What exercises, practices and diet need to be followed?

Thank you for this info - does this also apply to rebounding, which is good for lymph drainage?
@CancerRehabPT2 ай бұрын
@@catherine3358-g3p generally, I’d say yes! Recommended when someone is holding the most fluid, but best when someone can find the time and be consistent 🙂

After my night time lymphatic drainage, can I drink water or green tea, before going to bed. Thank You for the video, very informative.
@eeg0415Ай бұрын
Green tea has caffeine. Try chamomile which is relaxing and great before sleep.

Hi Kelly. If you can't answer this question it's OK but you were the first person I thought of. I had a mastectomy 3 years ago with lymph nodes removed. I'm on vacation in Idaho, driving up and down in the mountains and my hand is swollen. I started doing your drainage exs. I have never had any issues. Do you have any experience with this? Will it resolve, when I get back to MN with just my doing the exs? I feel like I should come to you just so you could be paid for all the great information I've gotten from you. Thank you. Mary

Thank you for this! I follow your 10m Cardio and your Left Arm MLD. I am adding your Full body. BUT when is the correct way of doing them? do I do cardio before massage? or do i do massage before cardio? i am not sure if im doing it right.

massage first to empty the nodes, then exercise, then do massage again if you can.

Kelly please bring video on finger and palm swelling due to lymphedema. I am from India. My name is Neeta.

I used to get finger and back of hand swelling,then I learnt to do a lot more neck and upper arm lymphatic massage,just as Kelly shows in her arm lymphatic massage and exercise videos, and that then help keep the swelling out of my hand.Lots of under arm massage,ball rolling,compression, textured foams, vibration, tai chi and much more, everyday...enables me to keep my hand from swelling.

Curious I am a 67 year old man and I will be going through Radiation Therapy in a couple of weeks, do you just talk about women in your studies or do you do both, I need to know what it’s like for men going through this would they cover our Private area to not get burned there as well?

I was diagnosed with severe Lymphedema 2 1/2 years ago in my lower legs. I’ve been looking for a Lymphedema specialist in the Snohomish County area, Lynnwood Washington & so far no luck at all. I suffer from severe swelling from my knees down. For over 2 yrs I had sores that covered my lower legs. I just graduated from wound care & currently have no sores after 2 yrs YAY! Do you have any knowledge or info of any Lymphedema specialist in my area by chance? I’ve never been introduced to Lymph drainage just been told I need Lymph therapy to learn to drain the fluid thru massage.
