Even though I’ve had three rescue dogs before, I’m getting my first puppy in a few weeks time. I’m watching all your videos (exclusively) so that I don’t get confused by conflicting advice. I hope I can put your techniques and advice to good use in the weeks and months ahead. With thanks, from an almost puppy Mum in Australia 🇦🇺.

My puppy is now 10 months old. I followed almost all of their advice: kennel trained, attached a leash as a house line, limited the area my puppy could wander around in when she was out of her crate, I kept a training diary and their advice on how to deal with a nippy puppy worked.

I am getting my new service dog puppy on Monday and I have so much anxiety about messing up. My last owner trainer service dog was a rarity. These video have helped me remember what I did before and feel a little prepared in what to do to train another amazing dependable service dog

Best advice I have gotten in the 8 months I've had my non food motivated pup!

Very informative. My dog is ten years old and we've had her for a few years now and she seems to learn fast, but there's times when we seem to disappear and she does her own thing. I'm going to try this and see how we do. Thanks so much for going deeper into training.

That's basic knowledge of pet care. All that isn't going to make a well-behaved dog.

Hysterical! In the art photography world when an artist would present an in dept talk on their artistry the first question from the audience was invariably "What film do you use?". Its not the gear! LOL

I would love maybe a list of treat ideas that you use. I am bringing home our puppy Friday and not sure what to even have on hand to start? 😬

The breeder I'm looking into getting a puppy from (as a feeding host) insists on feeding RAW food. While I don't disagree on this, it makes me wonder what I do about training using food. Having raw food in a pouch or pocket is not an option, so using treats is really the only way I can use food, but how do I prevent the calories from building up, without feeding them less food than what they need?

I found that cutting hotdogs into 100 plus pieces worked when my dog was a puppy and even now if we learn new skills. He didn’t respond well to treats. Praise and encouragement really works well and honestly better for Chewie. But the hotdogs let him know it was important he learn these skills

Do they need to be cooked or out of the package is ok? My pup is not really interested in treats during training. She likes to take her time with them in the crate 😂
