First of all... thank you so much for sharing the cuisine of Japan with us. I watch with great enthusiasm from far away Germany and wish I could just try the wonderful dishes once in a while. Since many of the ingredients are foreign to me, a request: what kind of food is this at 14:22????

ich glaube das sind "Fischkekse", ich vermute mal die sind so ähnlich wie bei uns Fischstäbchen ^^ bin mir aber wie gesagt nicht zu 100% sicher :)
