何か、今まで人生で一番冗談抜きで「美しい人」を見ました。twitterで人様を悪く行ったり人様を格付けしたりしてる投稿を見て病んでましたが、ご主人の生きざまと言うかそういうのを見たら、こうやってウドンを作り続ける事こそが人生と思っていらっしゃる姿勢とか見て心が洗われました。「美味しいウドンを提供する人生」　生きる事はシンプルにした方が良いと強く思いました。
