Indian food or homemade lasagna. Tteokbokki sometimes. I'm all over the place. I just love good food; what I have on my birthday (ooh, May 5th is coming up soon!) will depend how I'm feeling that day. For my 60th, I ate all things spicy. This year will probably be moussaka because a friend of mine who also has a birthday coming up, wants Greek food. I'd gladly have the same meal you and Chris enjoyed. 😋

As you both mentioned "Training for Purpose" a PHENOMENAL idea for a video series is born 😃💡 Why not train Chris to 'get in shape'.. with the caveat being that he films his journey towards achieving the Dream of every Man.. to complete a Marathon or Triathlon! Not only will this be a Great testimony to Nick's masterful training and wisdom, but also be a tremendous Victory for The Brit as he transforms from Pillsbury Doughboy to Olympian Athlete 😁💪 Plus this will provide that "Purpose" which defines and fuels the training and commitment. Find a Race. Enter Chris. Set the Date. Then Train towards accomplishing that worthwhile Goal. Meanwhile we the audience get A+ entertainment throughout the collaboration! 😃🍿 It's Win Win Win! 😁👍

Thanks for the video...truly fun. To see Chris dreamy eyed over the steak was great but as many of us have likely pointed out you could have taken him to Lawson or Family Mart for chicken and he would have been thrilled. I will try the crisping on soba - another texture level and interest. The food looked fabulous and the wine as well, nice "legs" on it...you know how to spoil a friend. I just thought "junk food", didn't know you had two hip replacements or that you compete ... very cool. Weird to think a toddler and socks on a hardwood floor could be considered a take-down. The last shot of you and Chris laughing at the end speaks loudly about your friendship, thanks for letting us tag along for the meal. 😊 🇨🇦
