But there is a possibility you speak in 2 Minutes time less. Not the same amount thannin 4 minutes

That's true. So that's why you have to speak faster and more fluent. If you still can't fit everything you want to say when you speak faster, then the next step would be to learn how to be more structured, concise and succinct in speaking, so your main points are still covered.
