I have a story to tell you: Near the end of year 7, some friend planned an escape plan to escape school but some teachers got suspicious on it but I joined in it anyway but we basically went to the hut [Who is basically the police of my school] Questioning us but they let me go because I didn’t do much It almost worked but it could be a bad technique depending on how many cameras there are so 2/10. Even if it worked, you would have to walk Several Miles to get home, it could even take days

Another way could be "i missed the bus" or "i fell asleep on the bus" this works only when you have to take public busses/subway to go to school, so usually works when you live in a big city, its really easy. Just take your ipods, blast ur music, fall asleep on a bus or subway and just wake up when you are somewhere far from school and at this point you could just have a proper breakfast in a cafe or just walk around the city in the morning doing absolute nothin, in fact this is way more funnier when you have a friend.

I guess the only downside to this is that 1. you can probably only do this in like high school cuz it would look awkward if a 13 year old is just walking down the streets (unless it’s a big city like NYC, Philly, and etc) Or 2. Most bus drivers are required to check the bus for any students after everybody is off

Unlike most people here, I don't skip class. I enjoy learning. I already know what you think of me. Anyways, I don't skip class. The only times I skip class is when I'm actually sick. In fact, I even attend school when I'm sick. I just love learning so much. I willingly attend summer school just to go to school in summer. I take all the years of college. In fact, I already graduated college at 4. I am not a teacher's pet. I have more experience than the teachers when it comes to learning. I invented a new equation just to learn it. I go back in time just to graduate the entirety of school again. And once I graduate, I just do it again.

During zoom it became popular to change the background of your section so me and my friends filmed ourselves sitting for one of the classes and then covered our camera and set the video as the background. Teachers had no idea and thought our wifi was shit.

Here at SA it's hard to skip school because when you get absent the teacher will mark a register or ask a class rep to mark it , then on the following day your class teacher asks you why you were absent and when you say you're sick they want proof and if you don't have proof they will beat you and at my school you only have 20 days of being absent if you have been absent for more than 20 days at the end of the year they will make you repeat that class . My school is hell on another different level. 😭

My class had 2 senior skip days. The day the other classes took the PSAT/SAT (They made juniors take the SAT in my school) and the Monday after prom. Even the teachers were kind of in on it. They all felt that it was counterproductive not to skip because A. Everyone else was doing it and B. It happens every year.

My mom actually taught me the nurse trick in 4th grade. She told me that, if I ever wanted to go home, I should say, “I don’t feel good,” which technically wasn’t a lie, and ask to go to the nurse. It was basically a get out of school free pass. I probably used it, like, once a week. (My mom supported this because she found out that the staff were mistreating me. I started homeschooling the next year.)
