This is by far the best yoga nidra in KZbin… true though the ads are interrupting the experience. Other yoga nidra are not interrupted… there’s got to be a way to stop these ads… I’m sure not all the other channels are monetized.

I agree - it is totally disregulating and counterintuitive to the efficacy of the practice, for the SAFETY of the practice to be interrupted by ads.

This is an excellent yoga nidra. Thank you for sharing it for free. I have two suggestions: 1. Close the session with a gong (it opens with one), maybe at a lower volume than the first, so that those who have fallen asleep or are still very relaxed, can know that there is nothing more you will speak. 2. This is the second yoga nidra (the first is by another healer) that does not mention shins! They are some of my most tense spots, and I have to mentally squeeze them into the relaxation. Please include shins in future versions or new sessions. Thank you again. Your voice is very soothing.

This meditation is absolutely wonderful, except for one thing. The word "restive" actually means "(of a person) unable to keep still and becoming increasingly difficult to control, especially because of impatience, dissatisfaction or boredom." I cringe every time I listen to the video.
