I’m pretty sure the bear mount from ZA will look different from the original. In retail it was kind of a faded purple hue instead of dark red.

I know for sure going to cata i dont have the gold bag for such things what am i to do? my work schedule does not allow me to commit to a guild raid schedule. Can anyone find a source to where they talked about Account Wide Achievements at blizzcon? Like Scotte talked about at 9:02. I do not remember this and I personally can't find a source for it. Edit: I checked the beta and currently Achievements are Account Wide, but titles from Achievements are character bound.

Someone please help me answer this. If my first priority upon Cata Classic release was to get my herbalism maxed out and farm a ton of herbs, can I access all of the zones at level 80, or do I need to do all the quest chains before I unlock access to the zones?

are archeology items like the sword will be account bound or i have to lvl specific archeology on every class i need that ? or if i get arch on my druid and get it i can send over to my paladin ?

Epic gear items will 100% not be account bound, and you will be lucky to get them at least on your main. If you intend to do that on every class, Blizzard needs to bring back the Insane title just for you.

I find it weird that Blizzard extended Ulduar patch in WOTLK cause we missed out back in OG WOTLK, but then they made Cata 8 months long from start til last raid, Firelands only getting 3 months (being during the busiest holiday season too) like what Blizzard?

Ulduar was their crowning jewel of design, and then they shortly after release made it irrelevant. They wanted it to breathe this time around. Now, my assumption would be they're looking at Number drop-offs from WoTLK and SoD, and decided that a faster pace release would be more beneficial for player retention. Nothing is set in stone so it might change, who knows.

Who knows])) and there is Cata Classic. That's lot of shit and tons of Stuff. So, how can we make the best out of it ? Let's cut down the Timeline. Yes GDKP will still exist in Cataclysm, but players (imo) should expect many less runs and much higher requirements set by the groups. If you think about how many shitty GDKPs there are in wrath, there's doing to be many more shitty ones in Cataclysm when there are more than 1 mechanic per boss.

@@cococock2418 Don't say it like hlk is difficult in any stretch of the imagination. It's an extremely simple fight that a lot of people still somehow can't do. That will be exacerbated in Cataclysm when normal mode fights have the same challenge as heroic LK.

Been asking on the forums/reddit/ etc and cant seem to get an answer, so just to shoot a shot here does anyone know if prepatch introduces the 10 OR 25 mechanic for raids or is that coming with Cata in May? I know that its a per boss system but my Guild cant find any confirmation one way or the other if we can still do both until Cata or if everyone will have to lock into just a 25 or a 10 starting with the prepatch.

With the way they changed Wrath, Watch out for quests that give Justice, You don't want to loose out because youre capped. If they do the same in Cata that is.

Only thing I dont get about the emblems: Why is the gold conversion better for Conquests and lower? Like, why make us calculate our 346 frost and triumphs, than convert the extras into conquest so we get a better rate? Why not make all extra emblems over cap the same rate? Am I missing something, did they change rates?

i think raid finder should just be a separate instance than the actual raid. like instead of RF dragon soul, they go to a bigger version of a dungeon or something for some in between gear to help ilvl

Yes, Cata was the "beginning" of rubbish talents that removed the possibility of hybrid specs, which killed all creativity around them. That is actually one of the very few things I disliked about Cata Regarding faster leveling 60-80. On the retail Cataclysm, they just reduced the amount of XP you needed for lvl 60-70 and 80 Another thing worth mentioning and everybody forgets about it, is that flying in the old world is not working for any content behind the TBC loading screen (meaning Silvermoon, Ghostlands e.t.c)

@@OrionStarzz The only tier sets which can be transmogged for other classes are the original Naxx T3 sets, as the class requirement is only there for purchasing the tier, not equipping it. That said it's only obtainable now through the Black Market AH, which isn't added until MoP.

@@OrionStarzz By current rule, you can only learn the look of an item, if you can equip it. Meaning no, if you loot a warrior tier set on your paladin, you can't learn the outlook of it. (In retail, it will change in the next expac, but I don't think it will have anny effect in Classic)

Archaeology isn't mandatory but say you're playing a warrior, the sword you can get from archaeology sure is pretty fucking good. So if you're playing a warrior or some other 2h melee then yes, its "mandatory".
