I want to like guy and nicks podcast. I try to. I like them as people. But I can never make it more than just a few minutes. For some reason those same 2 men on their own just aren’t entertaining like they were on this podcast. And that reason as I’m sure everyone agrees is Fouad. He’s just terrific at this. His voice and charisma combined with the talent to moderate and guide the conversation is top notch. Congratulations Fouad. Seriously you’ve made something special. Thank you.

James in the off-season has some of the wildest pics. That side chest is just insane. When all that stays to the stage it's going to be game over for a lot of people. Maybe him and Milos should get togheter. Milos for sure knows how to get a freaky look on stage and he's no stranger to working with guys that are the size of James.

As a 21 y/o myself what Fouad said about the pressure to make money lifting is real. I started out training bc I love it and lead me to college studying ESS and physical therapy. But as I have seen so many influencers pop up that are my age or even younger than me makes me feel an anxiety about not being able to do the same. I still have a lot to learn but some of the influencers know so little about the field with mid tier physiques and make six figures. It makes me feel like Im wasting my potential and time but I just have to say thank you. It was really stressing me out about not posting pics and vids to social media or recording my workouts bc I honestly hate that. I just want to eat my meals, go train hard as hell, and not have to worry about bringing a damn tripod with me or making stupid tik toks. But to hear yall feel the same is such a relief and that Its ok to just lift for yourself❤️🙏.

(2/2) As Fouad said even if I had a really great physique without a social media following theres no real incentive to sign someone like me and I completely understand that. So I accepted that social media wasn't for me but I am pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist and while studying im working as a personal trainer and find so much more satisfaction in that.

I'm in the same boat but my passion is not being some popular influencer. It is to be a bodybuilder. If people want to follow that journey then absolutely they're welcome but if they want daily nonsense content and shitty information they can go follow some other 170 lbs 21 year old guy on sarms or whatever.

Fouad's dream for Hosstile at the end is why we follow and invest . Yeah we get the big boat and fast car bit but the want of including the Hosstile "family" is something beyond that. Not just short term monetary gain for himself but taking the fans along and wanting us to be part of that journey. There's been ups and downs but it's all part of that journey and storey . So many chapters yet to be written.

Fouad expressed my exact thoughts on why Nick Walker won’t ever win an Olympia. He’s obviously a freak, and has insane mass, body parts, and conditioning, but I feel like that quad sweep attachment and his waist (even as much progress as he’s made with it), will always hold him back. I just don’t think he can defeat people with a physique that has adequate muscle with much more flow and better structure. The caliber of the physiques these days is insane, and Open is only getting prettier with what they are rewarding, and rightfully so.
@Despond
@Despond Жыл бұрын
Exactly. It's their Olympia to lose but if they come in @ 95-99% there's no way he can win unless it's corrupt judging.
@HkFinn83
@HkFinn83 Жыл бұрын
Agreed in his structural problems but the open now is pretty weak, that’s actually why he can do well. The current Mr O has a stumpy structure as well and that sets the standard
@MarkLePage
@MarkLePage Жыл бұрын
@@HkFinn83 Yeah, I’m not a big fan of Hadi’s physique either, truly. Stumpy is appropriate. Conditioning is always insane, and he’s got plenty of muscle, bud Derek’s physique is much more pleasing to the eye, for me. Derek should have won last year, in my opinion. He has major dynasty potential.

I had one time i was taking ment dhb tren test masteron and after i got blood work and my egf was over 90 everythinh else was in mid range and my RBC was on the low side of the refinance range and i literally morphed during that 4 months period. Every time anyone saw me as i go to 4 different gyms they were like dude wtf holy shit... lol i even got heart scan and images everything was great. Not to mention i was an IV drug user for 10 years roughly on and off before starting the gym.been clean 6 years.

Fouad - When you come to Detroit for your show in 2024, come train at the Royal Oak Gym. 20 min drive MAX from wherever your show will be in Detroit. Its a great powerlifting and BB gym and ppl like Stan Efferding has given seminars there before and such. My best friend owns it and there are a shit ton of members there that rock HOSSTILE gear! I'd pay good money to get a chance to lift with you and/or Paul and/or Ben! That'd be amazing! Also, i need to get my head outta my ass and purchase tickets to your show ASAP!!!
