HOW did you survive this "'ARMED ENCOUNTER"?????!!!!!!! I remember rescuing a family at the top of HWY 20 pass, in your neck of the woods, seeing them on the side of the road. The Grandfather insisted on staying with his broken truck. I asked him if he needed to borrow a gun? That was LEGAL in ORYGUN back then. He said, "no thanks, I already have a couple." I replied, according to the media we should have just shot each other instead of helping strangers, the REALITY."......we had a good laugh. Later I saw his daughter at an Independence Day party in Bend. I didn't recognize her but she yelled across the yard, "HEY IT'S OUR HERO!" I looked around and saw her pointing at me. In truth, I was the passenger in the "hero" vehicle but EVERYONE in that vehicle was armed and not ONE of us hesitated to help.

Ok, I have given up on most of KZbin at this point. Everything seems scripted and people seem hell bent on hiding their own personality for fear of angry comments. Then I come to this channel and I get real, interesting, engaging content. On top of that, You have found a perfect maniac accomplice. Ethan is a gem, and the synergy between you two is perfect. Of all of the subscribed channels I have, yours invariably ends up being the start of my night. If Casey has posted a video it's where I click first. It's been almost 2 years since I came across your channel... yanking people out of shitty situations was always just something ya did for a neighbor. I never gave it more thought then that, and here I am years later 100% enthralled by a dude on KZbin doing the same with a heavy wrecker, a truck, a tracked "jeep". Y'all could take on knitting and I'd watch happily. You have an amazing brand, and the best part is.. it isn't curated, it's just you.

My dad did pipefitting for 30 years in pulp mills and refineries. I was talking to him about the proper way to use shackles the other day because of your videos and mentioned loosening them a bit. He was telling me of a job he was on, they were lifting a large section of pipe for one of the boilers, he figured it was around 20,000lbs, the rigging crew had an apprentice doing the rigging, he loosened a shackle after getting everything rigged up "because thats how he always did it". The shackel failed with this big piece of pipe from 20 feet in the air. The rigging company lost the contract and the site was shut down for a week. Luckily no one was hurt.
