Hi Dave, Thank you for all the info! It's particularly valuable now that my husband and I are launching our second str. I totally get what you're saying about accommodating digital nomads, but our new baby is a city apartment this time, and space really is an issue. Would you say even a portable desk with wheels would do the job? Or one of those elegant desks for the sofa? Also, our apartment is going to be themed (forest, adventure and so on), would a desk look too out of place with the rest of the decor? Best wishes to your family, I hope your little one is well and not keeping you up too much at night! 😄

Hi Dave, if you do put EV chargers at any of your properties, please do let us know how you go about it. Not sure how to manage charging guests for it / the cost of it. (Thanks for all your videos; I’m obsessed and it’s literally helping me start a business so I can have more time with my baby and have financial freedom for the first time!)

Great advice. My husband went crazy for one of the STR's we stayed at all because they had an office area set up. He loved it, and used it!

I have just finished setting up a hot tub, complete with click-up glasses that can be positioned all around the tub and can be raised high if desired. I also offer two EV charging stations for free. You simply plug in the cable, and there's an iPad available to start the charging process. If you have your own charging cable for your car, you can use the AI-controlled battery to charge your electric vehicle, which automatically activates when electricity prices are low. Additionally, I've installed air heat pumps that generate heat. This heat is then used by the water heater to produce hot water. I anticipate that if I have six people staying for a week, showering every day after using the hot tub, it will consume a lot of electricity. However, during the summer, it won't cost anything at all. I'm more interested in the party aspect. How can I market this on Airbnb, given that they don't allow parties?

Great content. However, I disagree that using a Property Mgmt Company is a good idea. An experienced Co Host would be a better option IMHO.

That's actually what I mean. There's a bit of a blurred lime between professional co hosting and property management
