If you are a drummer, you need to listen this entire album from start to finish. I'm not kidding.

This album is incredible but this song especially is a master class in what a rhythm section should do. That stutter-step groove is rock solid and drives like a locomotive.

The Parental Units took us four kids to the Universal Ampitheater to see Steve Martin. The Blues Brothers opened up... I was twelve. Life was perfect...

Belushi & Aykroyd were great here. But the real credit has to go to Musical Director Paul Shaffer! His arrangements for these songs is nothing short of Brilliant!!!

Tremendous drummer. Great with Keith Richards’s band.

I saw an interview with him a while ago where he was talking about how he hates listening to it now because he thought he played way to busy. he chalked it up to being young and not having a full understanding of the blues yet. I f'ing love his playing on this track and the whole album. I woodshed to it a lot when I learning to play. I hear a lot of him in Nate Smith.

It's a Delbert McClinton song. The original is great, but Jake & Elwood and the band did a great job with it.

Aykroyd and Belushi were true fans and came up with a great way to introduce more people to some truly great music. I probably wouldn’t have been introduced to this music in my childhood if my parents hadn’t seen the act on SNL.

You know, back when this album came out. I mean, I was into Ozzy Osborne and kissing, you know. Black Sabbath iron maiden. My day comes in in my Room 1 day. Cause I used to blast the music all the time and hear from my door up in the thru. This album won't my bed and said Hey. Man, why don't you listen to something Different instead of that double music? So I put it on and man.I'd like to write when I heard great album. All songs only are great
