Штурвал нужно поменьше мослать, с борта на борт,скорость судна и не будет теряться. Да и поменьше грузить,а не столько,сколько влазит...

They should install an underwater radar systems to measure the power of the currents so as to notify the boaters when to cross and when not to. Just post the digital boards both ways on top of the bridge so both sides can see.

The white circle on a black background on the nose of the barge is meant to be the eyes of the barge

i think these barges are fitted with leyland 2 gear engines which make them underpowered as the sizes of some barges are too big and those engines are not able to give them power against the current.
