This young man brings it each and every day. What he is doing is hard - business founder, ultra athlete, Ironman, bodybuilder and family man. I get inspired by his actions, grit and continuous efforts to improve. He gets a lot of praise for his work and a lot of criticism- takes a strong person to stay on course through this and he does it with class.

What a lot of you guys who assume he is on gear are failing to understand is he used to have a lot more muscle than he currently has. He is not exactly bulking up, he’s re-building muscle that he used to have. Google muscle memory, re-building muscle you used to have is a much quicker process than building muscle you never had in the first place. Yes he’s a big dude but if he was on gear he would be much bigger than he currently is but not pro bodybuilder size. Stop making excuses for things and go out there and work hard and you’ll see that what he is doing is absolutely possible
