Im a white canadian muslim, and I stood my ground, I stood for my rights and my kids rights. I remember feeling so lonely, yet me and my hubby went the first and second day of the convoy ,till this day I still cry. Tr'deau is still here, and its getting worse. Im so afraid of my kids future. Those were the days i was proud to be a Canadians, we were all Canadians these days, united against these bastards who think they govern us. I sang the National anthem with all my hearth and tears ran down my face seeing everybody there for the good cause, in sub zero temperature. Expressing themself with all their hearths and souls, i was ready for battle with all these soldiers of freedom surrounding me. It gave me hope for our common future. Thanks to everyone who put everything aside to defend what they believed in, it was memorable.

This protest made me so proud. You proven to everyone that no matter where we are from or what we might have been led to believe or without considering what made you different you all united against a common enemy. It was refreshing to see so much peace , solidarity and an exemple of real democracy where the people retake their right and make the Government remember that they are the one accountable to the people and not the opposite. Government are not their to control but to serve their people it's a responsability to have the mantle of power and judging how this crisis was handled I do not believe you have what is need to be in this position. You will tell me yeah but there is other alternative. For me they are all the same , how many of them came and joined you in the street ? And when they do , beware of the manipulation and the fact they seek vote , we seen this happen during the student crisis in Quebec with Pauline Marois. How many decided to just follow the party line without hesitation or questioning so they could keep their place , salary ? Their might be other politician like him but due to my past as a ex-militant for Quebec sovereignty it's the only one I know well enough to say what I will say. Gilles Duceppe had what his necessary to occupy a leadership position. Why do you think they did everything they could to get rid of him with election after election after election. Amir Khadir would be another one in my opinion and Francoise David. I may not agree with them on everything but they did had the guts to hold their line against those in power even when it went against their own interest.

I was told there are anniversary protests in Victoria this weekend too of course local Chex news will probably make no mention of it as they did not televise the protests last year either. There may be others in various parts of Canada for solidarity too we won't hear about either and to maintain that "small" fringe narrative they can't be honest about hundreds of thousands potentially millions of Canadians gathering to discuss corruption and oppression. Don't forget there are now other issues at hand too such as censorship bills so people won't be able to share their views or experiences online either social credit scoring etc.
