Carnivore literally saved my life. In September of 2022. I was over 700 lbs. I was stuck in a chair for over 2 years. It was all I could do each day just to make it to the bathroom. I had caught covid and it damaged my already compromised lungs, and begin to have congestive hart failure, I started retaining massive amounts of fluid (84 lbs of fluid in just 3 weeks.) I was on 5 liters of oxygen 24 hours a day. I couldn't stand for more then 90 seconds at a time. I couldn't sleep because I would wake up gasping for air. I was suicidal, had crippling depression and crippling anxiety. I've been a Christian my whole life, so I did the only thing I could do I prayed and prayed and prayed and gave it to God. And God truly gave me a mericle. He showed me the carnivore diet. I have been on the carnivore diet for 11 months now, I have complete mobility back, I'm off the oxygen and all medications, my depression is completely gone, my anxiety is completely gone, my congestive hart failure is completely gone, my reactive airway disease is completely gone, my lymphedema is 99% gone, and I've lost over 240lbs and at this rate of wight loss I will have lost half of my body weight by February of 2024. I have a future again. God is so good! I've been morbidly obese my whole life, I was 600 lbs when I was 14 years old. I'm 40 now and I feel better then I did when I was 18. I've had lung issues my whole life, from the time I was 18 my oxygen saturation was 88 or lower and that was on medication to treat the reactive airway disease. Now I'm off all medications and supplemental oxygen, and now my oxygen saturation is 96% I've never been able to get my number that high even on supplemental oxygen. It is truly a mericle! Thank you for getting the word out about carnivore but even more importantly about Jesus! God is alive and well and he absolutely answers our prayers. I am living proof.

I turned to carnivore diet after hearing your husband Jordan on Joe Rogan‘s podcast. He talked about his daughter, so I researched Michaela and listen to her on Joe Rogan. This led me to try the carnivore diet myself. I have been carnivore for a year and a half, and have lost 54 pounds while simultaneously adding around 20 pounds of muscle I am 55 years old with a six pack and pretty much jacked all thanks to the carnival diet and the Jordan family. I’ve never met any of you yet. I am grateful for all of you.

You are worth it! It’s an adventure into a new life. “Eat enough so you don’t want to cheat”. It’s easier if get rid of everything in your house that you are cutting out. This is hard. Do it systematically. Stop sugar first, maybe coffee too, just get that out of the way. Drink bubbly water. Cut out starches such as bread, pasta, sauces, cut your dairy, potatoes, carrots, root vegetables of all kinds. Give yourself a few days or so to transition to the next change. Next rid your home of green vegetables: beans, broccoli, legumes and nuts. Keep berries for a while or salad plain with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Then give up the rest of the plants and eat only beef, lamb or bison and drink water. Stay that way, eat enough so you don’t look for other foods to eat. See what happens. I’m so excited for this. If you don’t mind, let me know how it goes ?

Thank you so much for sharing your story Tammy. I've been 99% lion diet (1% normal carnivore) for just over a year now. After re-listening to your husband's Genesis lecture series last summer, something about the way he described Mikhaila's health journey spoke to me deeply. I was suffering a great deal from 15 years of debilitating depression and anxiety, brain fog, ADHD/executive dysfunction, emotional instability, insomnia, fatigue, digestive issues, acne, blood sugar problems (likely prediabetes, never diagnosed), and worsening joint pain. Listening to Jordan talking about how you have to care for yourself and take responsibility for your own future and your health because nobody else can do it for you, combined with the content of Genesis, especially the parts about making the right sacrifices to keep your covenant with God... I have always been spiritual in some capacity but I am not a Christian, and yet something struck me hard about these two topics converging and I realized that I had to go carnivore or I would probably die. It was as if God was speaking to me, telling me that giving up my sugar addiction and dedicating myself wholly to my own health and honoring my body was the only way to find my truth and develop my faith. A year later, at 28, I have reversed all of my health problems and some things I didn't even realize could be related to my diet, such as body odor, tonsil stones, chronic muscle pain/inflexibility, and a receding gumline. I have the energy and physical strength to exercise and I am so much more balanced, stable and capable of pushing my boundaries and discovering new parts of myself. My family say I am completely different, far more present and enjoyable to be around. My mother says there is light in my eyes that she hasn't seen since I was a little girl. I've gotten in touch with people from my past who say they didn't even recognize my personality anymore, I am such a different, better person. Carnivore truly gave me a new life, new faith, and newfound health that I never imagined was possible for me to have. And I have your family to thank for starting me on this journey. I hope you, and Jordan, Mikhaila and Julian take comfort in knowing that the suffering you went through as a family produced so much healing for other people in the world.. I hope such knowledge is as meaningful to you as it is to those of us whose lives you've touched. I can't overstate it enough. Be blessed, Tammy. You have done so much good in the world. ❤

Keep with carnivore, all the oxalates stored in your body have to have wing men to travel them out. The extras get placed in areas of either previous injury or your ankle and finger joints. Peterson family sounds Exactly like our family with the food allergies and autoimmune diseases. My Mom died of Scleroderma and we are all autoimmune disease patients. The great thing was my Parents were both farm kids and figured out that the livestock didn’t make us sick when we at it. Veggies were always available and we ate them even though some of them made us feel horrible. Eventually we ate mostly meat, Venison, Beef, Beefalo, Buffalo, Pork, Chicken and Fish. I know we were all Propagandized to believe that “food pyramid” BS to make money for the government subsidized grain farmers but, what I find really interesting is how people can’t look at their Teeth and see we are Carnivores.

I finally turned to carnivore after hearing yours and your family's incredible stories about 3 months ago. I had anorexia for over 12 years, which I went into recovery from about 2 years ago, I was vegan/vegetarian for the majority of it and my body suffered so greatly. I was hospitalised on over 15 occasions for refeeding but the food the doctor's and dietitians were demanding me to eat made me feel physically ill. I still had stomach aches, chronic eczema, and an oscillating mental state - after doing my own research a few months ago I found out I am very sensitive to salicylates (chemicals found in the majority of fruits, vegetables, perfumes, etc). After being on carnivore for 3 months my life has truly changed. I feel so much stronger, and all my skin issues, stomach issues, and blood work have been better than they have in my entire life! I am so grateful for you and your family, Mrs Peterson ❤ I look forward to more videos like this :)

May God shine his face upon you Kelly & give you peace✝️ Jesus is the only way to get to God- but the world will tell you there are many paths to God. But the bible tells us that Jesus is the only gateway to God. ““I tell you the truth, anyone who sneaks over the wall of a sheepfold, rather than going through the gate, must surely be a thief and a robber! But the one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep recognize his voice and come to him. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. After he has gathered his own flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they know his voice. They won’t follow a stranger; they will run from him because they don’t know his voice.” Those who heard Jesus use this illustration didn’t understand what he meant, so he explained it to them: “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. All who came before me were thieves and robbers. But the true sheep did not listen to them. Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved. They will come and go freely and will find good pastures. The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” ‭‭John‬ ‭10‬:‭1‬-‭10‬ ‭NLT‬‬ Give up the rosary- it’s not scriptural, instead read your Bible every day✝️

I have had autoimmune issues many years. I felt like I was slowly dying, no matter what I tried. I am 41 years old and didn’t think I was gonna live to see 50. I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and was even once diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, but I put the RA into remission with diet. Couldn’t shake the Hashimoto’s or the insulin resistance. I heard Dr. Peterson’s talk about how you and Mikhaila went carnivore and are living normal and healthy lives. So I started listening to Ken Berry and a couple of other carnivores. I was curious. I finally jumped in. End of July I started transitioning myself. I transitioned over two weeks to try to minimize the keto flu. August 7th I went fully carnivore. I am feeling so much better!!! My health is improving in so many ways, my fatigue and brain fog are gone. The best part is that I am losing weight. I am down 20 pounds! This is a miracle for me. I have spent years gaining despite diet and exercise. I was gaining weight eating only 1200 calories per day. Now I eat 1700-2100 calories of meat per day and am losing weight. So I am thrilled, and it honestly is because of you.

To those new to carnivore- Carnivore diet cured so much for me! I update this list as time passes so it is always up to date, newest items at bottom of list. I have been zero carb carnivore for 1 year this Sept. And yes, carnivore is a permanent lifestyle for me! * No more perimenopause- completely reversed! *Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself! *No more night sweats *No more waking every 2 hours at night! *It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast! *No more life long eczema *No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea) *No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm *No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more brain fog *No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows *used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more! *Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight. *Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing! *Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well. *Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 46 and look like I am in early 30’s. *Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me. *No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach! *Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup! *no cravings unless they are for meat *no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago. *No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around. * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller. *feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 40 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that. *Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights. * no more body odor! * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much. *I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that. * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things. *Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing! *no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing! * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too! *Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before. *Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides! *I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone! *I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore. *My teeth look more white on carnivore. *My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome! *i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone. * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months. *the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry! (Newest update added!) *when laying still in bed to fall asleep at times I would feel dizzy or feel like I was falling through the mattress a bit. I would be laying still and get that suddenly. Felt weird and made it hard to fall asleep. Never diagnosed with vertigo, but it may have been that. I no longer have that since I have been carnivore, which is nice! *little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance! *The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy! If I think of anything else will add. ☺️👍🏻 I know when people go on carnivore they are trying to heal something, but if they aren’t like me and notice small things- they may not notice they are healing way more than they realized- things plant foods were causing! And they need to remember, processed foods are made from plants- but so are whole foods (raw or cooked!) they are all toxic! The carnivore diet cures! ☺️👌🏻 The body is a network made of multiple gears- and if one gets messed up it causes a whole domino affect of problems like I had! The carnivore lifestyle is not a fad, it’s the ancestral human way of eating! Go Carnivore for a few months and see how you feel! ☺️👍🏻

I’m so glad I found you. Blessed to have you still here! So I’m 64. A huge fan of Jordan and mikaila. But I’m really excited to add you to my resources ! Because of your family I am about 80% carnivore. It’s truly amazing 😢 Thank you keep talking and I’ll keep listening ❤

I love this Tammy! I'm so happy you shared this and I'm super happy you're a Catholic now. My daughter who's a Philosophy Major introduced me to Jordan. She sees Jordan on stage very soon in our area. We are both praying for his conversion to the Catholic Church. God Bless you!

Tammy, I found you on Hallow and I was inspired by you and your story. As a Catholic I watch so many faith KZbin videos and Jordan also expands my knowledge of faith. I had breast cancer and after chemotherapy and adjuvant hormone therapy I haven’t felt well for 8 years. This is such an enlightening watch. I must find out how I can incorporate this into my daily life. God brought you into my life and I’m so grateful 🙏. Thank you both for for making this video 😊

Thank you for sharing you and your family’s journey Tammy. My husband and I went carnivore over a year ago, lost weight, was feeling much better overall but still felt like something wasn’t right. A few months ago I tested positive for CIRS (biotoxin illness). 26 years of feeling crummy in so many ways. I am so grateful to learn from you guys, it has changed my health and life for the better. Thank you Peterson fam for helping better the world by not being afraid to share. God bless ❤

Wow! An outstanding account of the benefits of eating the PROPER HUMAN DIET! It's so amazing how our bodies will start aligning and functioning as it was created to function when we nourish it correctly. This gets my attention! Lord, help me transition to Your proper human diet with little to no discomfort. Help me not to become discouraged. Help me to make wise choices in proper timing to allow my body to adjust comfortably. Give me a testimony like Tammy's so I can help others as the Petersons have done. Lord, I place my LCHF journey in Your hands. Guide me. Encourage me. Forgive my weakness. In Jesus' holy Name. Amen.

@@TammyPetersonPodcast Struggling. I might have come too late to the knowledge of carnivore. I'm elderly and in declining health. Not enough strength to prepare meals. Thanks for asking.

@@AmericaCirclingTheDrain a ninja airfryer and a frozen steak thrown in and cooked . That’s all. The meal preparation is much easier than normal cooking. All in all it’s takes at most 20 minutes to cook and 15 minutes to eat. You will find that you eat less often eventually because the meat will sustain you longer. It’s radical and seems like a lot of change but what do you have to loose? Thanks for reading this and listening. If it isn’t helpful, no worries.🙂

@@TammyPetersonPodcast Great to hear from you. Thanks for enquiring 🙏. I've experienced many benefits over the last few months. I was experiencing what I understood to be perimenopausal symptoms & rapid ageing when I first started carnivore. Weight gain in particular around the belly area, fatigue/tired, fogginess, blurred vision, rheumatoid arthritis, interrupted bleed cycles, brittle hair etc etc. Since going carnivore everything has either improved or been reversed. I've easily lost around 10kg. My hair is growing really long without breaking. My skin is plumper. My eyesight is improving. I have WAY more energy & staying power & I no longer need to nap in the early afternoon. Even my bleed cycle is back to normal. I must be honest, I haven't been 100% on track. I've continued to consume milk & yoghurt which plays havoc with the rheumatoid arthritis if I consume too much but overall I feel like I have the reins pulled back on the aging process. I'm even ready to join the gym & start lifting weights again. Every now and then I try introducing some fruit or leafy plant/herb back into my diet so I can determine which foods are a problem for me. (Tammy, in all honesty, I find the prospect of only eating meat for the rest of my day a little boring) So far strawberries are out (& probably dairy too 🥹) but mangoes & blueberries are fine. It's all still very new but I'm committed to finding my ideal. I can see myself doing what ever I need to do to achieve my optimum in health.

@@rawgasmiclove that’s awesome recovery. It’s a very difficult diet but the pay offs are amazing. Keep it up for now. I got to be able to eat other things. I have begun to eat lobster and salmon now and then.

Imagine that, minimal process foods, avoiding saturated fat like the plaguqe, wholegrains and milk, lots of vegetables, fruit, hardly any meat. Kept getting sicker. I'm so happy we're finally getting some clarity on so many health problems and the Peterson's are doing well.
