I got so much more sick when I plunged into carnivore. It turns out I think I’ve got mast cell issues going on. Beef, bacon, and I was eating aged cheese and tinned fish for a convenience snack food, are all laden with histamine 😭😭😭 so now my journey gets more difficult. And, as usual, looks like doctors will be NO HELP.

@@paulhailey2537 Well you’re doing what the doctors do and putting your ideas on me whilst assuming I don’t know my own body. Does carb withdrawal cause sinus, allergy, itching, skin rashes, and facial flushing? And would carb withdrawal cause lifelong history such problems before withdrawing from carbs? Just stop condescending and dismissing people, there’s enough of that going on.

@@paulhailey2537 You should research histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome before you go around condescending someone who has had lifelong problems that you can’t relate to. Just because YOU haven’t experienced something doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Utterly unbelievable that carnivore people do the exact same thing they complain about the medical community doing 🤦🏼‍♀️
