My wife has a Clio 3. We look after it and it runs fine! 2007 and no problems. Cheap to service, cheap to run.

Lee, check out used car prices in Devon and Cornwall. They are off the scale for knackered high mileage wrecks, there must be some serious money to be made by moving cars down to these areas .

About six weeks ago I bought a Corsa D 63 plate with just 23,000 miles on it. I paid £5,500 for it, but it was in perfect condition one lady owner from new. It has the large glass retractable sunroof fitted as a factory option. But seeing your prices Lee, I do wonder if I paid a bit of much for it. Prices of cars in the West Country are horrendous.

That Clio is a nice little car, I borrowed a 62 plate 1.2 as a courtesy car for a few days recently while mine was in for MOT. I really liked it....apart from the auto lights had a fault, the lights were on but it thought they weren't so kept f-in beeping at me! 😂 A nice car though, I'd have one but with 5 doors.

Keep these cheap car videos coming Lee. I've unsubscribed from trader channels who have since moved to more expensive or upmarket stock because I don't find their stock interesting anymore (e.g. Berrow Autos, Chops etc.) Your content is right up the street of people like myself, who are really into interesting cars at the cheaper end of the market (although I do admit your Maserati is a very pretty car).

Corsa D... The most common problem is blown head gaskets. These engines are like the Rover K series they blow gaskets so often!

I would not go that far, I loved the rover k series and fixed many but even I know the rover k series is far worse for HG failure than the corsa engine 😁 thanks for watching rs 👍

I love older French and Italian cars. I can only speak as I have found after 50 yrs of driving. Never had to have one welded unlike the rubbish fords I have had. Fords drive lovely but rot like fruit. I went from a 1986 Ford escort 1300 ohv. Rattle engine tappety done almost monthly. Rotten as a peach. When it died I bought an old brava 1.4 for £80 been used by a university car😂. Chunks out the seats unbelievable. But the Fiat lovely radio, sunroof, electric windows, overhead cam smooth zippy engine. A revelation after the Ford. The gearbox ewent at 140k and scrapped it

Traded the proton on, small profit. The fiat 500 yellow I lost around £350 in the end, we did use some parts of it which did soften the blow
