Watching your packaging and you mentioned Louisiana and their hurricane and it has devastated our state. Lake Charles will be without electricity 5-6 months are more. We live in Alexandria area and we had Category 2 winds here about 85 miles north of Lake Charles. Wife and I were without power, water and sewer for days, water for 4 days sewer still out and power for 8 days. Hopefully sewer will be back late tonight or tomorrow. We have power companies & linemen from 16 different states and say they have not seen so much devastation as we have here.

Hey brother! Just wanted to say thank you for this video and your other flag build videos! I’ve been making rustic wooden flags for the better part of 8 months and thanks to this video saw a way to successfully custom make boxes for the flags. The only question I have is, what do you do for your flags that are 48”L x 26”? Haven’t figured out a way to custom make a box that big to ship them.

You’re more than welcome it took me a while to figure it out. But when I was trying to figure it out people would not respond on KZbin and I said if I ever got a chance I would be the person that responds back to every message. So the 48 x 28 You take two boxes cut them in half. I may make a video here soon

What kind of paper if that that you put over the flag before you box it up? Tracing paper, contact paper?

am curious why you have that Walmart stuff on the outside of the box as compared to be hidden on the inside. 1st step in having your boxes look more professional. You then could put stickers on the outside promoting your name etc. Just a thought.

There’s no particular reason that was just the way that we started we have recently changed that and it is on the inside. But I did not think about the stickers

Do you keep a Client List for possible upsells, do you use a computer for this, I thought about adding something like what you do with the Harley-Davidson logo to my concealed shelf units I'm not interested in using the Harley Davidson logo but I would like to use my own particular artwork would I need to worry about copyright infringement

You do great work and have followed your KZbin channel for some time now. Curious about the 48”x28” flag. What size stencil do you use for the union? What are the dimensions of each stripe? I know a 37” flag uses 1x2’s (1.5”), but what does a 48” flag use?

I ship all my wood flags with UPS, a 15 x 29 flag is $18.40 anywhere in U.S. and a 12 x 23 is $13.90 anywhere in U.S via UPS One Rate
