Throw the poison berry explanation out. The incident took place in early November and there was snow on the ground. _Atropa belladonna_ produces berries in late summer. Furthermore belladonna, is better know by it's common name "deadly nightshade." It's not rare at all and is quite widely known as something you just shouldn't eat. Bob may not have been trained to identify it for his job, but it's highly likely he would have already known about it.

13:47 I remember hearing someone mention this specifically. I *think* it was Bob Lazar, and IIRC, it was something he'd described previously in the 80s but it wasn't until very recently, like within a year previous to now (it might have been in the Joe Rogan podcast), that he's finally been able to compare it to something; 3D printing. Like we finally have something that's a REALLY EARLY ancestor to what ever manufacturing method was used to "build" the craft. And that's sorta what 3D Printing is; Star Trek replicator v0.05a.

Martin keatman is that guy who wrote that curious book "Green Stone" with Graham Phillips. You guys should do an episode (tho I'm not sure if you could cover all of that in one ep) about the Green Stone mystery. It's quite an amazing story from 80s.

The main body with a skirt around it and having "propellers" is the dead giveaway. This is a classic description of a hovercraft. The skirt creates pressure in close proximity to an underlying surface creating lift. Some altitude can be achieved through thrust. By means of a ducted fan. Too, the concept of it being a mine layer makes sense too. The concept of a hovercraft being remotely controoled to deliver anti tank mines is genius. Those things that "attacked" the old guy could have been the mines themselves. Equipped with an anti tamper stun gun feature with military grade energy. After all, this was made for war, not to make some idiot a goober drooling on himself so the cops can arrest him. So my theory goes like this: The hovercraft, remotely controlled, zips out over the battlefield unaffected by variations in the terrain. It drops it's payload of two mines. The spikes in the mine have a dual purpose. One, they are used to navigate to the desired position. Two, when armed for detonation, the spikes become the pressure sensitive trigger. Now, nobody in their right mind would want to waste the potential of the munition on some dope who thinks he can move it or disable it. So if and when some dope tries to do something, he gets his ass zapped. Thereby saving the mine to destroy a tank. This sounds like the old guy got zapped into LALA land by a secret military platform. And the assholes that did it are still laughing over brewskies at their NCO club.

The thing with “Aluminium”, “Colour”, etc. is that those were the original spellings but Noah Webster wanted to move away from British culture and actually changed the spelling of many words in order to “Americanize” it.

Aluminium is the original spelling by the chemist Humphry Davy in 1811, but Aluminum is what he settled on the following year, however the Aluminium name had already stuck as it sounded more classical. Noah Webster (of the dictionary) popularised the Aluminum spelling in the United States and Canada. The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) adopted aluminium as the standard international name for the element in 1990. In 1993, they recognized aluminum as an acceptable variant.

Would probably look into the back ground reasons that Tom DeLong actually made "To The Star Academy" - I'm fairly confident To The Stars Academy was literally made directly after Tom Delong created another company which resulted in a flop. ALLEGEDLY he's just using the alien market (due to the fact it's highly profitable) to make himself some money back from his last failed venture. I 100% guarantee you he will be done with To The Star Academy in a few years, run away with the money he's made, than hand off the "Academy" to one of his kool-aid drinkers.
