That is Admiral William McRaven I remember him because years back he gave an interview but also a speech and I just thought like even if I never ever become a Navy Seal which I did not - His life wisdom is awesome. He has a lot of wisdom. I Think a lot of men can learn something from him. I Saw him first time admired him very much and still do. Have not seen anything in several years about him but I'm a fan.

These were modified Black Hawks that had LESS NOISY rotors blades and a smaller radar cross section. Helicopters are bad vehicles for stealth operation in general. Bin Laden, according to his wife, did indeed hear those helicopters. Less noise just means that an enemy has less time to mentally and physically prepare for the raid since it takes longer for them to hear the noise of those helicopters.
