I disagree with the meaning for Clear pee: "you could be drinking to much water" Theory; I feel that as long as you don't have a heart problem, that it represents you flushed your kidney clean. What color do you think the pee is going to be if you are doing a water fast!!!

Your pee is 95% water. The other 5% consists of sodium, chloride, urea, and creatinine. What gives your pee the pigment of the yellow is urobilin, which is caused by the breakdown of red blood cells. (It can also be caused by urochrome) Clear pee isn’t just over hydrating, it can cause future problems too.
