@@essis233 Ciesze się że mogłem podpowiedzieć :) Pamiętajmy że handstand nie jest łatwą sprawą i trzeba regularnie, codziennie trenować po 5-10 minut by wkrótce osiągnąć mega efekty w przyszłości i się nie poddawać. Siła!
