Get In The Robot Chimera Ant arc. Yes it was the longest but also the best with an amazing plot. I think everyone cried when Meruem died. Yes, he was a villain but the creator showed him in such a familiar way that we all loved him. I just hope that they continue the amazing arcs

It's because Togashi wanted to show that even if Meruem and Gon never met. How a certain situation and a certain love for a person completely reversed their role. Yes, Gon slowly transcends to become a monster and Meruem slowly transcends into an human.

I like how each arc in HxH seems like a separate story/genre on it's own. Hunter Exam- typical shounen action adventure Tower arc- tournament and training arc Yorknew- Mafia/mystery action-filled arc (my favorite arc). Greed Island- Isekai Chimera- oh boi, can't even explain it. A masterpiece.

As far as I know, Zeno never had a desire to defeat Meruem in the first place, he was only there to assist Netero in causing chaos in the palace with his nen ability and nothing more, that is until Netero requested that Zeno transport himself and Meruem to a remote area to engage in combat.

Satotz picked up the pace at 80k when they started climbing the stairs. And then they had to get through the Swamp which was ALL part of the first phase.

8:54 This is false. Kurapika didn’t place the restriction on all his abilities, he only did it with Chain Jail, which is the reason why even Uvogin couldn’t break out of it. He even says this in the anime/manga when he’s explaining his nen. Kurapika is even shown using his other abilities in the manga’s most recent arc; that being said I’m not sure why you’re not covering the manga in the timeline, it’s barely further than the anime and it’s not like it’s going to get animated any time soon.

@@-santi4401 We're not exactly there yet, we're in what's called the Succession War arc which will eventually lead onto the Dark Continent arc (probably). As for that arc we have learned some interesting characters and some potential big threats to the HunterxHunter world, it's definitely very interesting and worth getting to. That being said I don't even think we're halfway through the arc as there's a lot we don't know yet and we're currently in the middle of an over year long hiatus so god knows when we'll even get a new chapter much less the end of the arc

While this is a nice abbreviation of the whole anime, you sometimes just leave things out that make some scenes sound completely different than what they actually are. (like the adult gon, the regenerating meruem scene, curapika sitting before the eyes, and a load of other scenes)
