Brilliant sifu, just like your part 1 with even more explanation of energy, sinking/rising, how the pak sao movement should be, using your body. I love that you don't use some much energy and brute force on the dummy like some people do thinking that's going to toughen them up when that's not the point. It's that tapping, even with the kick. I love how you also work the close checking your leg with dummy leg. As we know, one of the hard parts to convey in a video is how to actually put your body weight into the dummy like you demonstrate at 6:38 and 6:50 without leaning into and/or breaking structure. The one thing that I'm surprised that you probably forgot to mention though is just remind us viewers about maintaining structure, straight spine and that grounding energy we use in yu ma. We still see too many people lean into the dummy and push it like they're using brute force, their weight/mass to manipulate it rather than the soft/hard/soft relaxing energy combined with proper structure, imho. Mahalo for another great tutorial!
