Its also interesting to see the long game(?) in how alot of ideas end up having implications for xenoblade down the line, especially in regards to the deus system with Omega(Deus) and Alpha(Zohar). Like just with the similar concepts with Alvis in Xenoblade, being called Alpha, and his relationship to the zohar and its version if Kadonomy(trinity processing system), him taking the form of a wave existence, him looking visually simliar to chaos from xenosaga whom is the embodiment of Anima, and with the zohar being made up of a Anima and Animus (male/female) then it also gives a rationale as to why there is a male and female version of Alpha. That and just Alpha assuming a form similar to that of Deus what with the red and blue eye patterns and marble statue faces similar to that of deus's beta designs. Also you have of course gnostic naming in Xenoblade 1 with Yaldabaouth and the Apocrypha generator, plus Zanza also being that of Deus in him acting as a Demiurge creating humans, but hes not the true god (Monado being based on Monad)

It's been awhile since I saw your last video so you might have mentioned this but Fei in carbon freezing is a reference to Han Solo frozen in carbonite in Star Wars and Shevat resembles Cloud City from the external shots. And the Zohar's eye evokes the Eye of Providence.

That reading of "You shall be as gods" is one I hadn't considered, I always saw it as a reminder of humanity's hubris, instilled into Deus. On that topic, I didn't know the Seraph angels were called Aeons in japanese, that's super cool, especially considering they should be called archons if anything like you pointed out.

The ideas of gnosticism existed before Christianity, but when Christianity happened, the primary gnostic movements... basically "appropriated" (if that's the right word for it) certain names to their previously-formed creation myth, later rewritten to include them. If I'm not mistaken, this is what results in most of the confusion about and conflation of gnostic/Christian terminology, including how said terms were utilized in Xeno and other JRPGs. (Also, you mentioned the bit where they changed the serpent from The Accuser to a force with good intentions. Insert joke about villains revealing their plan in the first act.)

I'd say you making these videos is you doing God's work, but instead, I'll say you're doing the Wave Existence's work.
