I have had to go to the restroom so badly at great concerts and held it til I couldn't any longer and missed a couple of my favorite songs over the years because of this. Never did i think I should just piss on the cement floor of this arena hell I have even hoofed it to porta pottys at outdoor venues where it wouldn't have really even been a huge deal to piss outside. If you are gross enough to just piss in front of people indoors. You should just wear an adult diaper to any concert or show you go to.
