The Creaking's Biggest Problem

I haven't played the snapshot but every time you hit the creaking it does come up "creaking heart screams" pointing away from the guy you hit, maybe there is intended to be a noise and it's just real quiet? bc I sure can't hear it hahah

To be fair, I had audio turned down a bit but even with audio turned up I couldn't hear the "creaking heart screams"
