Your channel deserves so much appreciation. Good range of topics; fresh, practical, no-nonsense solutions; always a good pace and rhythm; great visuals, music, and audio; warmth, humor, and sincerity in the delivery, and without any hint of condescension. It's really some of the best content on KZbin. I hope even more people get a chance to discover you.

I'm glad your making mental health videos now, they'll certainly help tons of people who are struggling out there

Yah it’s a real problem and I feel for everyone who’s currently working through it. Can sometimes feel like a never-ending struggle but there is hope :) Hope to be a positive force for change to help those who want it, become their best selves in every sense of the word. Mental health is a huge foundational pillar of that you build on top of. Step two is then using the other productivity stuff

Another way to say it is don't be attached to outcomes. Live life more spontaneous and serendipitous. People over think everything in their life and calculate each and every move. People focus way too much on attachments and believe that chasing them is the only way they will get ahead and/or be happy. It's very flawed thinking. Your happiness and success is entirely an inside job. You can gain everything you want when you realize this and enjoy life in the present. You will feel in control of your life and know that you have the power choose how you want it to be. The people around you are just others passing by. When you live life without being attached to outcomes, your connections and interactions with others are authentic. And that is the key here.

If you already met the most awesome people of your entire life, but, as adults are, they are busy almost all the time, how can you make yourself a priority without being annoying and coming across as needy? THAT would be a magical topic I have not found anywhere covered yet. It is always about meeting new people. But I know my tribe. I am just on my own, and they have friends, family... So mathematically not possible to meet up, unless... Thank you!

In the last few years I've been able to easily initiate brief casual, non-agenda conversations with random people. I didn't know about your 7th and 8th buckets. But maybe that is why I'm not the least bit lonely at home. I happily live my quiet little life at home alone with my two dogs. It may be worth noting that I'm an introvert, so I can't sustain the conversations for too long and it's also probably partly why I am not lonely at home. The idea of creating new and sustained friendships stresses me. I don't want the obligation of having to go places and do things on a regular basis. That unspoken obligation often comes with new friendships.

@@spoonfedstudy I was eating my food and another person same age of mine was standing along me eating... When I paid for my food and was about to leave he asked me are you... My name? I replied yes how do you know? He says that i am quite famous in town as I live in a small town in India and a few month back I got a national rank 1 in a maths sci test... Then we talk some more and he was in same grade as me.. Then we just rant about maths for half and hour and share our contacts with each other

Haha appreciate the kind words friend. The answer to your question is a bit complicated. Likely the by product of how I grew up is the short of it. I may do a video or article about it in the far future, but it definitely isn’t answered well in just a KZbin comment. 😅

AI, cats, dogs, books.. in the adult world nobody wants to open up.. even couples will stop being real friends as they grow older.. something happens at the hormonal level as you get older, makes everyone super sensitive, things change even with your closest relatives.. as people move up and down the social status ladder, you lose your old friendships.. everything is business, or small talk or politics.. on the other hand you can have more superficial friendships based on common interests.. work toward the same goal, so with couples it is the children.. another example is following people on KZbin ✔️
