3:35 I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion... There is an idea of a Goal Guy, some kind of abstraction, hut there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping you and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there.

@@evanozman3094 its not like I am a beginner. I have been athletic since I was a kid. Its jst that other priorities kick in life and fitness could take a backseat and the best way to maintain or build your fitness is having a simple routine like OP mentioned above. As I said something even the average person can do for ever. You can make it as challenging (5k at 7min/mile pace, 100+ pushups if you're in the mood)and as easy (walking, doing knee pushups) as you want. No need to have complicated routines.

You are right. Coffee gives you a boost then you go through a crash. That's why people say they need 2 or 3 cups but it makes the crash worse. I like coffee but I drink it before my afternoon nap. I take coffee, then a 20 minute nap & when I wake up I feel good

@davidmaka67423 жыл бұрын
You can‘t get taller through stretches. What you may be referreing is that over the day the discs of your spine become decompressed so you shrink (a little). But the next day you‘re already back to normal. Maybe stretches also help with that. But there are no things that can make you grow.
