great insight and info. If you have the coin for a BMW you should have the coin to properly pay to build up the top and bottom end of engine. Otherwise leave it alone and enjoy it as is.

Hi there any examples or price break downs on say an entry level tuning package. For example down pipes and a stsge one tune on a 2010 bmw 335i or an m3 or any popular tuning package

We mainly only deal in custom tuning, I would expect to spend at least $1,000-$1500 on the very low end. But it could be more depending on the car, how in depth the mods are and how much time its going to take the tuner to dial in, method of reading and writing the ECU (Sometimes you need credits or specific licenses or even having to pull the ecu and bench flash) etc.

One more reason is because the companies says 20-30.000KM per oli change and that is just WAY to long. 10.000km MAX.

10k km is ideal. The base "oil" realistically never breaks down, but the byproducts that end up in the oil and the additives that start to degrade, mean changing your oil with a good synthetic at that milage is cheap insurance!

What's the heavy weight number the BMW cars are using? My S65 W221 takes 0W-40. Is 40 too high/thick in your opinion? My 05 Vette takes 5W-30.

10W60. if i personally had an m car i would switch to 5w40. 0w40 and 5w30 are good too if your climate supports it.
