In 1979, Lynda Jones and her two children were walking along the River Mersey in Didsbury, Manchester, UK. What followed was a terrifying UFO sighting and, quite possibly, alien abduction, with the family suffering missing time after they saw the eerie alien UFO. 18 months later Lynda underwent hypnotic regression to find out what had happened the day of her strange sighting. The results were horrifying, and hinted at an extraterrestrial close encounter on the riverbank that day in Didsbury.

I live 5 min from Didsbury and have never heard of this! What's weird is that when you mentioned the "girders" it instantly triggered a memory of my own experience in Loughborough, ~1998. Me and my best mate saw a huge silent craft above us, drifting right to left. What stood out was that it was moving _edge_ first.. instead of pointy end first like most flying things. But ypu could see up in to the middle of it was and it consisted of those lattice/girders you mentioned. At the time the only thing I could liken it to was if you imagine a stack of airplanes, all on top of each other, but positioned just off-set to the one beneath it, so you could see each light on each "plane" ... but when you said "lattice/girder", that is MUCH more accurate of a description.. the "planes" were those girders. Thank you because I've been trying to quantify what it was that I saw for nearly 30yrs and yep, that was it. This craft was either a triangle or a rhombus shape though. But I've always wondered if we were both taken for a probing that night or not.. probably never know.

A little suggestion to rule out something. Have you looked on the internet for old propeller driven planes? From ww1 to ww2 there were fighters and bombers that were basically flying girders, it's worth checking just to rule it out. 🤔

I lived in the Borough of Heaton Mersey,I lived near Didsbury. My parents and I were coming back from visiting family, it was later on about 12. We used to go through the Ginnell which is a passage way between two houses. We came through and into the back garden and the soil in the garden was luminous white and glowing but the paving wasn't. I couldn't look up even though I tried. I asked my parents did they see it as it was also on the greenhouse roof next door and the shed roof on the other neighbours garden. That was as far as I could see for some strange reason. We got into the house and I looked outside and the light had gone. Weirdest experience I've ever had.

As a veteran broadcast engineer, looking at most video production on YT (of this nature), it's easy to cringe from bad production value. However, The Paranormal Scholar is a cut above most others ESPECIALLY since they decided to put Laura on camera. That was the best decision they made. Laura with her pulchritude lends such a 'ghostly mystique' with her appearance and delivery. Or as Arthur Conan Doyle would describe "a mysterious female". This channel seems to have employed the use of a 'over the lens' prompter system that makes her delivery seamless. That coupled with pro lighting and choice of framing qualifies this channel for network television. BRAVO!

In 1973 a blue glowing orb chased my brother and I in a truck. The engine quit when it hovered above us. He got out with a 12 gauge and it went straight up and vanished. But we had over 3 hours missing. We all eventually moved to get away from the area. The two I saw at night in 1999 on the La/Tx line on the Sabine River above Toledo Bend Lake were large rectangles with four square panels of white light. They were shaped like shipping containers but much larger...maybe 20-30 feet thick from top to bottom. The panels of light started turning into squares inside squares until they became sparkling brilliant multi colored lights and vanished as they were floating towards me as I was leaving. It was 11pm. The boat dock was less than half a mile away but when I arrived it was 5:30am. I had only intended to quickly test this spot to see if the rising river had triggered the large catfish to move in and intended to be back before midnight to watch King of the Hill and The Simpsons on a C-band satellite early feed to stations before broadcast. I never went back out there. Moved again.

I also saw something near the old Sunblest bakery. Late again coming back home with my parents and a woman was at the top of the hill in the middle of the road, wearing a sack cloth with her arms outstretched. My father swerved and missed her,her face was elongated a little and her mouth was open, I saw this from the back seat. I was terrified.

Awesome presentation as usual Laura, thank you. Having worked as Night Manager at Warwick's oldest hotel for a umber of years, I can attest to the connection between increased paranormal activity and water. Working alone through the night I witnessed something practically every night. It was usually the sense of something leaving the room when you walked in and seeing movement out of the corner of your eye. Occasionally I felt a presence of someone else who was decidedly angry with my presence there. However, on wet nights, whether through fog and mist or rain, paranormal activity in the hotel was always higher than clear nights. Make of that what you will.

Is it possible that the phenomenon are time machines, somehow projected simulations from other space time dimensions. I have had three encounters with this phenomenon here in rural Ireland over the course of my life time going way back to the early Autumn of 1958 when I also lost over three hours of my time, I was fourteen years old that fine Autumn evening and remember every detail if it had only happened this after-noon. My last encounter was on the 19th. May 2021 and that was also really spectacular and scared the hell out of me, the first two were silent, no noise but this one was not. I have seen Aliens on two separate occasions, not little grey or green men but beings that look in appearance remarkably like us humans but that is where the similarity ends and the paranormal begins. I will be eighty years if I live to see May day. I do not have a clue as to the reality of the enigma I have witnessed over my life time, there is much more than I have listed here, where ''it'' comes from or why ''it'' some time makes its self ''known'' to some of us and some thing tells me none of us humans ever will.

In one I am underwater with a woman with sharp teeth and long hair with medium-large black eyes, I am restrained on a 60deg angle as she approaches me. About a year ago I had a alien paranormal experience. I was just laying in my bed and i started to feel my body become less nimble. I got up from bed to go too the bathroom and when I did my body moments just felt very slow. So a laid back down and closed my eyes. Right after my body became completely paralyzed. I started hearing all these laughing noises in my head and once and a while I would see these laughing aliens figures in the back of my eye lids. I felt my back come completely off the bed for a while. The pillow and blanket was still touching my body. My body came back down to the bed. All of a sudden my neck suddenly jerked to the right and I heard this loud turn off noise inside my head. After that every thing went back to normal. This more seemed like a examination. I had signs that someone has entered my room before and take note I live alone. I will once and a while hear a beep in my head and simultaneity see a flash in the back of my eye lids.

Water itself is not a conductor of electricity. In order for a substance to carry charge, two conditions must first be met: There must be charged particles within the substance (either ions or electrons) and These particles must be free to move It is true that in water (H2O) the discrete molecules are free to move, however, they carry no charge. The only reason water can sometimes conduct electricity is because of the minerals (metallic solids) already present in the water.

"It was as if they[UFO+occupants] were in a bubble." Damn, Linda --- you hit the nail on the head. UFO's of the highly advanced nature are contained within a bubble of gravity, sort of like earth

So I just want to say the term missing time should not be taken literally. When I had my tonsils removed I was shocked how the anesthesia made it seem like time passed instantly during the surgery. You can’t imagine how powerful an alien sedative would be.

Water is actually a pretty lousy conductor. It's the solutes (electrolytes) like sodium chloride in the water that allow it to conduct electricity.

Yesterday I had a in class writing assignment for my English 1A class. My professor gave us a prompt from Doris Lessing’s essay “group minds”. We had 45 min to complete two pages defending or arguing Lessings main point. I was so full of anxiety I couldn’t even write my name. I was shaking. Couldn’t write properly due to the shaking. I’d rather be abducted

I was stationed at RAF Brize Norton in the early70's I was out in one of the many villages with another airman, hitching a ride back to base, a car pulled up, driven by an armourer and his girlfriend who was near hysterical, saying they'd both seen a flying saucer, I tried to calm her a little by telling her that what she had seen was probably the landing lights, seen at an odd angle, of one of the heavy transports coming in to land. She wasn't having any of it and insisted it was a ufo, by this time, we'd reached the base and the dropping off point of my pal and I, the NAAFI, we got out of the car and as my pal and I mulled things over, while enjoying a couple of pints of best bitter, the fact that the driver of the car, known to my pal , had never said a single word from picking us up, to dropping us off, that bothered me.

Ummm Excuse me but water is NOT an “excellent conductor” like you said at 17:00. I’m not quite sure why people think that water conducts electricity, maybe it’s because everyone assumes as much since we’ve all heard of people offing themselves by getting in a bathtub full of water and then dropping in a toaster. But the reality is that water is the exact opposite of a conductor, it’s actually a near perfect insulator. However, it is possible to give water the ability to conduct electricity. If you dilute into the water a certain amount of minerals or metals, then electricity would be able to travel through the water. But water by itself will never in a million years conduct electricity. On a side note, this is a BRILLIANTLY crafted video. It’s not that easy to find channels that so eloquently speak on the UFO/the paranormal topic. Honestly, I could break down all the various reasons why I regard this channel as being one of the absolute best UFO/paranormal channels on KZbin, hands down. I truly hope you guys never stop creating content like this because I could watch videos like this for the rest of my life and I’d never get bored for even a second! Heck, I watched this video almost 3 times! I didn’t really feel like finishing it to completion on the third go around so technically, I watched it like 2.75 times lol Point being, your content is pure gold and I love it so so much! If you keep the quality as good as this, you’ll shoot strait to the top of the KZbin charts for this genre of video. Bravo
