This incident reminds me of a similar case which was reported in a local newspaper in Sri Lanka. At that time I was in my first grade (1987) but I can still vividly recall my parents and aunty reading out the article trying to frighten me. The victim was a middle aged woman who was said to being attacked by an evil spirit which was biting and taking out chunks of flesh from her body. The reporter who was interviewing her reported that the attack also occurred during the interview where several fresh wounds appeared bleeding profusely with bite marks as well as chunks of flesh being missing from the thighs and stomach area. The victim has also reported that she would receive foods consisting of cooked meats and fish which would appear in the kitchen out of thin air for several days after the attacks. After some time, the memory of this gradually faded from my memory but when I came across this video, it all came back to me. I have a doubt whether both of these evil spirits belong to a specific category as I could not recall any other incident where the victim was being bitten by spirits.

You know one of my daughters and her friend who stayed over tagged a "STOP" road sign after sneaking out of the house and added "bullying" under the sign. She told me years afterwards when we drove by pointing it out and explaining it to me whilst we drove by it. You will spend your days should you live long enough eventually contemplating such things. You will see world leaders dealing with the grander return upon entire nations, revolutions of populations and gather insights and observations along the way iter viator that you cannot explain before your own eventual demise.

I sometimes wonder if there are not many undiscovered giant deep-sea eels.. The known eels are already pretty scary and dangerous - is it so hard to imagine colossal species to exist in the deep-deeps? But, honestly, how can an avid Bible reader even THINK that the Leviathan still exists? Is it not clearly stated that it was singular and greatest among all living beings? Is it not also written by the Prophet YeshaYahu that Leviathan was killed by God Himself? To me it seems more plausible that there exists some colossal eel species from a bygone era... but do eels coil around their prey like a serpent as the Captain saw? I don't know... maybe it was some other species of sea monster - let's be honest: EVERY large sea creature is basically a monster versus a human ;)
