If you’ve been dealing with symptoms like diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux, bloating, GERD or indigestion since gallbladder removal surgery, you might be wondering about The Difference Between Ox Bile and TUDCA.
If you’re researching how to supplement with ox bile, purified bile salts or TUDCA, it can be important to understand the difference between TUDCA and ox bile and how much ox bile should I take and when should I take ox bile or TUDCA. The ox bile dosage and timing of that ox bile can vary greatly from person to person.

I would like to see a video on low stomach acid in combination with low bile flow. In this unique situation I assume you will see a worsening of symptoms if you correct one without correcting the other. I assume that correcting the bile flow would lead to constipation and dysbiosis and correcting the stomach acid would lead to diarrhea and inflammation.

I have adrenal insufficiency and apparently there us an issue with bile reuptake with this condition. So bile tends to get sludgy. But non reuptake can cause a lot of nausea. What if any would help this process. Ive tried tudca and i think it helped with the bile congestion - certainly felt the pain in the gallbladder when stuff started moving. But i found it made my pooping very slowed up - peristalsis just stopped after two to three days taking tudca nightly. So had to stop.

My situation is complicated. I was diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) about 2 months ago. I was Prescribed a pancreatic digestive enzyme (PERT). The PERT method of action works in a more alkaline environment in the duodenum. It is being suggested that I take an antacid to de-acidify the digestive system. This is a really dumb suggestion, considering all I know about the need for an acidic environment in the stomach to break down food. I've done 2 beet flow flushes to thin my bile and I'm trying to figure out if a delayed release ox bile would help neutralize acid in the duodenum so the PERT can work better. Don't know if trying this makes sense. Do you have any thoughts on this ? p.s. your digestive course is critical for everyone to take. I can't believe how little I knew until I found you on youtube and took this course. THANK YOU.
@mohannadali9662
@mohannadali9662 4 ай бұрын
I don't think stomach acid destroys or impedes digestive enzymes. Many reputable supplement brands combine the two (betaine hydrochloride, which is hydrochloric acid with betaine molecule, and digestive enzymes). Plus digestive enzymes are made of proteins and fats. I don't know if what you got is a single digestive enzyme type, so consider pancreatin. It's basically all 3 necessary digestive enzymes: lipase, protease and amlayse, for fat, protein and carbs digestion respectively. Edit: the doc in this video did say to take bile for stomach acid neutralization after the meal; you want to give the acid enough time to break down the food, and then neutralize it with bile. And yeah I already talked about digestive enzymes above.

I took one tudca three weeks ago and I'm still having diarrhea from it!! I'm also suffering from adrenal insufficiency right now and I'm almost bedridden from it. I think this diarrhea is making my recovery take longer! I've tried bismuth and it did nothing for me. How do i stop this??? I'm dying here! I'm not joking either. I literally feel like I'm starving too death and it's very hard to stay hydrated. HELPPPPPPPPP

Yeah, chronic diarrhea can restrict the ability to assimilate nutrients. This video could give you insights as to why increasing bile without addressing the other side of digestion could increease diarrhea: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fobaZIGrhaymras So could this one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZjWla2bhKyihtE But your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

hi, hope all is well. I've taken 250mg Tudca for the past two days and it has made me even more constipated and really flatulent (endoscopy showed bile reflux and culture showed streptococcus). any ideas? many thanks
@KickItNaturally

Tudca is not something we use for constipation and can actually make constipation worse if you don't correct other underlying causes of the constipation. this video explains: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4q6ipdnra2hnLs

@@KickItNaturally many thanks for your reply; highly appreciated. i was told that since i have bile reflux and constipation from sibo/sifo that getting bile salts may get things moving at the top. i've literally tried everything and have zero motility presumably from sibo/sifo and have watched the video in the link and your other videos intently (i supplemented with betaine HCL for about 2 days and was belching uncomfortably so i presumed that was code for sufficient stomach acid as the belching/hiccups didn't feel normal/felt gastritis-ish although i had opened the capsules and subsumed them in food ... unless you disagree with that conclusion?). i can't use ascorbic acid (i presume) as i have a histamine issue (also, although i agree with the part that i'm probably not from the anabolic camp, i tried a magnesium supplement that has both taurine, b6 and some orange peel extract and i presume the latter sent my histamine levels soaring so I'm presuming that d-limonene would do the same). i watched the bit in the video about the bile not flowing hence my attempt to get the bile flowing. any advice would be greatly appreciated as the functional practitioners go on about fiber and probiotics and i agree with you that this isn't the answer, but i'm totally stuck (i also highly appreciate your knack for puns, as miserable as it all sounds!). many thanks once again
