Mate, I was thinking armour regen + skill damage on the minor rolls, as part of a skill build. Technician, 3 Empress, Memento, Belstone, Picaros Holster. VS what I currently run is the BRO skill build with glass cannon, 4 reds, 6 yellows, 1 blue.

Not sure what skills you're using, but definitely stick to skill damage in the minor attribute slot: 1p Belstone will give you almost 2x minor attribute regen, whereas any skill damage *brand* bonus will only give you 1x minor attribute skill damage. In fact, instead of running belstone, I'd recommend running another piece of brazos to get the extra skill tier, as that frees up 15% WD or an armor core (23% armor), which is more valuable than 1% regen, *especially* considering the memento short-term buffs, which scale based on core attributes.

you could go gunner spec, and run preservation on second weapon maybe on M1cqb, or run unbreakable on chest that would be upto 30% AOK plus belstone piece - so you would be sustained by an additional 3 sources with repair and regen active and the unbreak ' proc , adding a blue core is prob better than tanking your Crit /chance values and would boost shield health with elmos values based on a police m4 its possible its going to be left behind by AR family changes. running an F2000/Famas ACR with preservation or damage talent would allow use of busy bee to get back some of damage lost by not using striker BP or damage talent on chest. i think the build you showcased is a classic example of falling into the traps this game sets and you end up self nerfing

Unbreakable is one of the worst chest talents in the game. Almost everything else can give you higher repair / second. I'd rather take entrench, and kinetic momentum would be way better. If running a shield, vanguard would be better. In both builds, since we're running a shield, the extra skill tier from technician is giving us almost 500k in shield health and ~4k in shield repair. If one was to switch off the elmo, Future Perfect is probably the best you're going to do repair wise: tons of repair skill tiers and/or shield health.

@@d15p4tch6 and yet everyone in pvp uses it ?vanguard immunity is 5 secs ? not long and 500 k shield health is nothing given the changes made to the damage the shield takes i run a tech tank build with memento at full stack the crusader shield tier6 is over 6million in heroic it goes down very quickly , an when npcs self destruct by you its down instantly. in a nut shell healing and repair , player sustainability are significantly reduced between the division titles nothing comes close to Nomad or Reclaimer from d1

Also, for incursions, would it be useful if the team put on at least one incoming repairs mod? Instead of PFE?

Yes. The incoming repairs is multiplicative, whereas the PFE is less numerical value and additive with the other PFE mods you're running. Unless, of course, no one is running healer.

simply put no you dont need any blue cores, attributes or mods especially if running with an FI healer build player , using blue anything drops your Crit chance (useful for 2nd weapon) or Crit damage . the incursion is a dps check so max out damage potential . ive got over 200 clears most as the healer i need players to burn down NPCs so i dont get my butt shot off , so i can heal /buff/ overcharge team . the heals are strong enough from FI especially when add the 60% shared healing from FI's talent

@@scooternut7198 dropping one 12% CHD mod isn't that big of a deal, especially at the levels of CHD most players have running all reds

@@d15p4tch6 1 pfe does next to nothing in damage mitigation given the high incoming damage anyway , weapon handling rolls maybe a better option for sacrificing crit especially if improves hitting target percentages. DOD pointed out that the 10% skill repair loss from running setup vs alps was only about 5000 heal points ,not much really given total repair from 1 chem charge so if the improvement from 1 incoming repairs is equally low why use , better positioning and playstyle and team coordination is likely to reduce incoming damage ,although on console xbox many still run sub optimal builds especially sub 1k shd

@@d15p4tch6 Noooooooooo!!!! dont phase them out this format is great you offer constructive feedback and point out the pitfalls many slip into when creating builds . this analysis helps steer newer and some veteran players away from putting time resources into misguided builds.
