Getting twisted balls is worryingly more common than people think. For my job I read a lot of medical records and for about 2 years my specialty was urology. There was an alarming amount of guys going to hospital because they woke up with excruciating pain at night and their testicle had twisted. FYI people with testicles. If you have excruciating pain there, go to the hospital at once. The longer you leave it, the more time blood isn't getting to the testicle and more chance of it dying and having to get it chopped off
