This is objectively the best podcast ever. Sounds like sweet sweet caramel in my ears. Looks fit, there’s bright things to look at, dark things, metal things, pink things. I don’t skip the ad reads because you make some good haha’s, and for some reason Craig has become the best music podcast host out there. More please and thank you

Shortly after this interview and the "baby face" conpliment, Lucas grew out his facial hair 😅 This was great, it's cool to see a band member interview a band, rather than just a journo or media personality. Much more insight, more comraderie.

I recently completed my life long goal that took me 7 years and now have a great job/etc and I still feel empty. Sometimes I feel like just quitting. I dont know why I feel this way but Holding Absence is the one band that keeps me going when I listen to them. Thanks for sharing this interview.

Start of the podcast I was one of the guys about the shirt and Craig and I squashed the beef in his twitch chat too! Was a funny interaction where we both donated the same amount to the charity but had beef and now it's chill! Lucas is lovely Ash is lovely and it was lovely to have a catch up with Lucas this weekend, lovely times all round!

Funny they mentioned the drums on TGMOML. I always loved how simple the drums were on that album and how they serviced the songs perfectly. Created such an open space and made the album so much more beautiful. I LOVE that album. Top 15 of all time for me.

Which tracks have you been spinning? If you want some starters, Penance, Heaven Knows and Scissors are great for their heavier side, while Curse Me With Your Kiss, Angel in The Marble and Godsend are incredibly unique post-hardcorey types.

I don't listen to podcasts at all but Craig you are doing amazing. Love your voice, shits and giggles. Also love the stories that come out of the interviewed people. Very well done. I even got more respect for stray and the other bands that join in.

Can’t believe I heard love for Jesus of Suburbia (in specific that and Saint Jimmy are Fuckin amazing) AND Koi No Yokan (which was tie for my favorite with Around The Fur until Ohms dropped, so now it’s a 3 way 🤔 fitting for Deftones 💀)👏 🥳 Good on you man! I saw Green Day play Dookie & American Idiot in full and they were insanely good. Billie just sounds exactly the same like he sounds on record, Mike & Tre have the same energy i saw them have 20 years ago (in videos). One of the best and most special concerts of my live. BUT Ash replacing Tre would be soooo cool! And honestly he would do it insanely good

I prefer the dream festival thing, thats cooler to me, because dreaming of things make me wanna do things and for me, thinking about a festival that could be just the way i want, is just something fun and make me wanna do things with those ideas, even tho 90% of that might never happen.

people are fainting more at shows, they're also faking it more. It's crazy how varied a show can be. People are also buying into camping culture and camping out for shows and not taking care of themselves properly. I'm seeing it as a venue manager, and it's so weird.
