Interesting. With what Egyptian mythology I know, I can work out what's going on here. So, dude, ostensibly a tomb robber, broke in to what turned out to be an empty tomb, and became trapped. Therein he died. At some point, he found The One Piece Of Osiris Isis Never Found (the phallic object, hint hint), and at the Hall of Judgement offered it to the God of the Dead in exchange for return to life, immortality, youth, and life everlasting. Osiris rewards him with his request out of gratitude for finally getting his fun bits back. Dude gets to live forever and be young and immortal... but only by dint of being half-dead just like Osiris, which is, by Egyptian mythology, the only way this is possible (even the Gods grow old and theoretically die eventually, Osiris is the only truly immortal God because he *has* died and is now equal parts dead and alive, but now has little agency over the living and rules the Afterlife in trade). So, the robber gets sent back to the world right where he died, and Osiris has even given him an inexhaustible supply of food to see him comfortably through his eternity. Anubis, Guide of the Dead, Overseer of Burial Rites, and, more relevant here, PROTECTOR OF TOMBS, is not particularly happy with the TOMB ROBBER, nor the fact Osiris would give him such a ludicrous reward without addressing his crimes. Because he has domain over the dead like Osiris, and the robber is half-dead, he bypasses the immortality and adds a wicked huge 'BUT ALSO' curse to the robber's reward. He basically magically mummifies the guy alive and makes it so that the only times he can enjoy his immortality and youth are when he's imbibed a ludicrous amount of liquid (any liquid) to replace his own lost fluids, and even then, he only gets to enjoy it briefly before he begins slowly and painfully mummifying alive again over 40 days (a common amount of time someone being mummified would be packed in natron to be desiccated), with his completely desiccated state being the most torturously painful to the point all he can think about is relieving his tormenting thirst and pain. He would also have to guard his own tomb, and can never truly leave it, (once again ensuring he can't imbibe enough fluids to get even that enjoyment, and also can't go enjoy any of the pleasures of life if he somehow did due to being stuck in a hidden tomb in the middle of nowhere) because if he's gone too long or too far away he'll crumble and reappear inside, and if he tries and someone comes in and eats any of the food, he loses his immortality and is destroyed, and the new person gets both his reward and his curse for trespassing in the tomb and disrespectfully taking its contents as he had done to other tombs.

What if we filled the tomb with water and block off the entrance on the outside not letting any water escape. When 3359-1b is rehydrated and dies again, he reforms in the container and rehydrates. When he rehydrates, refill the container and let the cycle continue. I think that containment procedure would work exceptionally well.

SCP-001: The Gate Guardian, I've seen many other channels regarding this SCP but I kinda want to see how it would look animated haha. I think 001 is interesting because how this specific one is linked to Cain and Abel and how it basically caused a nuclear submarine to explode when it was extremely far away. I also like the fact there was a message at the base it was being "contained" at when O5-13 didn't send anything.
