D'autres l'avaient enregistré et mis en ligne mais toutes les vidéos avaient été supprimé (question de droit). Depuis, impossible de trouver la vidéo originale... 😰 En arrêtant le projet, ils auraient pu avoir la décence de remettre l'épisode en ligne. Ne serait-ce que par respect pour les personnes qui avaient participé au projet de crowdfunding et qui n'ont pu voir qu'une seule fois/ou jamais voir cet épisode en VF... 😢

I speak French and this translation of the original trailer has 1 Great thing and 1 Terrible thing missing compared to the original: 1- When they finally find the statue, The Ranger and The Dwarf belt out "Fat bottom girls, you make the rocking world go round!" is Amazing! and it was not in the original. 2- Within the very first seconds, The Elf, in the original, shoots her bow towards the unseen menace. It should go a sonorous: "Twaing!" and the arrow immediately dumps itself into the ground with a "put...." These sounds effects were absolutely hilarious in the original.

In fact in French everytime the Dwarf and the Elf talk each other in original langage they tell racist thing against each other. For example when in the toilet: Elf: What we do what we do! Ranger: Euuh...OCCUPIED !!! The troll runt, and go away. Dwarf: Uh...its me or a troll is as dumb as an elf? In the trap when the Dwarf talk with the Barbarian Dwarf: I'd rather die than dying in a pit with an elf !

Hello, I am French and I can assure you that this series will exist. It's a French mp3 audio series from 2002 (which still continues today), they then made adaptations into comics, video games, role-playing games, etc. A series of several dozen 7-minute episodes is planned.

This animated show is forever in development hell, sorry. _Naheulbeuk_ is originally an audio series, but I don't think it's ever been translated into English. You might have more luck with the comics, though.

Unfortunately there are no others... the crowfounding project worked (a lot of people participated in this project) but everything fell through. There were only drawing boards and this episode (in English and in French : the French version being untraceable... They had wanted to launch the project with great fanfare and broadcast episode 1 in French for one or only two hours. Then the video was taken down and there was never anything else...)

@@noway5266 All I know, I know it from our teacher at our videogame and animation school, who also is the AD of the studio behind the game. Basically, Canal had encountered PoC, the creator of Naheulbeuk and worked with him to create 1) an animated serie and 2) a game. The details are a bit shady, but during the process, PoC and Canal had some serious disagreements on how the show should be, so at some point Canal decided to end the collaboration. You may ask yourself why? Well, Canal is known to start projects just to stop them and obtain the rights via some low manoeuvres in the contracts. That's basically what happened with the serie: the contract stipulated that Canal owned the rights of the serie, so nothing would come out of animation studios without their approval. However, PoC was still the owner of the rights concerning the game, so he was able to work with Artefacts Studios to create the game.
