White belt here. I go for the whizzer/overhook if someone does that. And try darce (not sure of name) to stop the sweep. At least I won’t give up my back/sweep. Would love some comments to improve my game.

Should be called "The Easiest Submission To Get For Any Belt" - I'm a blue belt 🟦 and this really helped me simplify my back attacks. Always struggle to finish, this simplified it massively for me. Thanks a lot! Oss!

Coach Tom, I love your videos and teaching style. One small detail, when the blue belt did the short choke, his grip was incorrect and weaker than the correct, palm up grip that you showed in your demo. People reading this comment, watch coach Tom's grip at 3:25 in this video. Keep up the great work brother from down under !
